I am looking forward to seeing all my divas back at training this week after the stupid snow ŌØä’ĖÅ’ĖÅŌØä’ĖÅ’ĖÅ I have a few slots available if your interested in getting fit and losing some fat

When starting with Carla last year, I could hardly walk up the stairs without being out of breath due to being overweight and poorly with asthma! She has helped me with nutrition advice, how to change my poor eating habits, losing inches and more importantly gain confidence in myself!



I absolutely love my PT sessions I have and the bootcamp sessions are fun and encouraging! Every session is different and amazingly motivating! I still can't believe how far I've come and will continue with the targets set for me!



I would highly recommend Carla to anyone that was looking to work hard, change their body shape, gain confidence and do all this in a comfortable environment with a lovely trainer! ’┐Į’┐Į

Well I must say I really enjoyed myself at the first dance class last night. Hopefully many more to come as you won't be getting rid of me now!! Carla is a great motivator and keeps you going too. Will definitely be back xx

This lady is amazing can't believe all she does!

My lil one hasn't been going long but loves it.

She has been made so welcome by everyone and comes out buzzing and can't wait to tell me all on our way home.

Ellie's first night tonight and she really enjoyed herself , lots of friendly girls and a lovely teacher aswell :-)

Dudes and divas- I have been going to bootcamp for about 2 years I have lost over 2 stone and lots of inches, I have also started personal training Carla is a fantastic trainer she pushes you even when you think you can't do anymore, and a massive bonus is I have made loads of new friends

Dudes and divas is the best fitness I have ever taken part in the results are shocking and it's all down to the motivation from Carla always encouraging you through to the next level. I'm not going to lie it's really hard but with a great group of ladies helping each other through would recommend boot camp to anyone it's fun and gives you a great sense of achievement when you see the results xxx

Dudes and divas is great every week it's different, been to a few different classes and all the people there have been friendly x Carla offers support in class and out she knows her stuff and is fab at what she does x I look forward to bootcamp every week as it's fun and makes you feel good xx thank you Carla x

Dudes and divas bootcamp has given me the confidence I had lost. There is a great bunch of women of all shapes and sizes who attend for the same reason. Carla is an amazing instructor and ALWAYS give you 100%! Not only in sessions but out of sessions. If your struggling she WILL pick you back up again and give you the nudge you need. She is always on hand for advice and nothing is ever too much for her. I would HIGHLY recommend dudes and divas bootcamp for anyone, no matter how big or small you are!
