Ordered some Hector moccasins and they arrived without problems to the Netherlands! I was worried about fit as there are no halfsizes but I needn't have. I went up a size and they are perfect. The monogram is a great touch and j always get comments on them. I will be ordering again. Keep up the great work the Dukes Team xx

Bought the moccasins in yellow loved them soon as I saw them! First time on my feet I did over 17 000 steps!! So comfy and quite supportive for my flat feet! Fab shoes.

Bought my chap a pair of these fantastic boots, he loves them, super comfy, hard wearing (he walks a lot at work in them) and they look awesome too. He gets loads of compliments about them. Arrived really quickly and beautifully packaged. I'm hoping santa might bring me a pair �

Unfortunately the boots are bad quality... the elastic has frayed on the sides after minimal wear and the leather isn't good quality.

I emailed to complain, sent photos and they said it must be my fault... I don't have fat ankles!

I asked if they could have them back to fix them, they were reluctant, in the end I said I wouldn't send them back as I didn't believe I'd get them or any others back. I'll take them to a local cobbler to fix!

They then offered me £10... because that is going to replace my £150 boots isn't it!

Awful customer service, shame because the boots were comfy!

I have been so let down by this company I paid for my boots 4 weeks ago for my girls birthday today they said they were delivered and I still have not received them they keep telling me there looking into it I am so disappointed she wanted them boots so bad

As you are refusing to answer my e mails i thought i might try a slightly more public stance. Please can you let me know what you are doing about the boots i have paid for and not received. i ordered these on the 23rd of November, i understand you had no stock, fine i trust you as company, lets wait, still nothing... i then get a messag essying delivered...GREAT!! but no, nothing at home, i also understand you had a POD, but from an address where no one was in, a wavy line for a signature and the name was "logs" i think we safely say the courier you use is taking the mick... please see picture!!! i find it shocking and completely unacceptable behaviour from a company such as yourselves. Can you confirm when the boots will be redelivered or a refund issued asap.

Appalling customer service, placed an order 20th november - nothings ever arrived. Iv emailed, called, contacted them on facebook, twitter and instagram all with no reply. If you want to buy some

Expensive chelsea boots that might not arrive and seem to have no customer service - this is the place for you.
