A full floorboard replacement was required at a clients home a few weeks ago. ✨
The previous chipboard floor had been soaked with water leaking from the radiator prior to the clients moving in. The floor was so badly soaked and brittle the client had actually put their foot through the boards they were so weak. 💢💧
We ripped out the old flooring, added noggins to strengthen the existing joists and fitted structural PTG flooring to give the clients peace of mind. 🙏🏼

A bifold door cut down, re-latted, glued, clamped and screwed to fit the opening. This replaced the previous door that opened but kept hitting the basin in the bathroom and made the room look a lot smaller, now the client has more room and ease of access in her bungalow. ✨

Another job completed for our friends at Cutz salon in South Shields. 🙌🏼💇🏻‍♀️
A new radiator fitted and old pipes boxed in as pipework couldn’t be altered due to a new kitchen and flooring being fitted prior. 😁
Boxing isn’t finished as it needed a seal around it after painting, will update post when it’s finished! 😁

A client wanted to protect their grandchildren against the dangers of hot pipes and other hazards surrounding the recent boiler install in their play room so we suggested simply making a cupboard around the boiler and pipework with access for maintenance. 🔥🔧

Everything was made from sheets of MDF boards and hand cut to size.
We opted out of handles so that it doesn’t look like a door in order to keep curious hands away. 👶🏻

These shelves were cut to the clients exact requirements, a pattern routered around them, sanded and fixed using heavy duty shelve fixings as they needed to take a lot of weight. They were made from scratch using 22mm MDF boards. 💪🏼

Im really proud of this one, the back of the salon was in desperate need of some TLC to match the immaculate main part of the salon. 💫
The transformation speaks for itself and now that they have bigger units installed they have more storage for their products, towels etc. 👌🏼
This project took a little longer than usual as the black glacier doors and end panels were all custom made to the clients specifications. ✨

A very small bathroom that needed a bath installed with a shower for ease of access for an elderly couple. 😊
The previous fitter left them with a lot of leaks and dangerous lights that weren’t suitable for a bathroom, hence why they wanted the previous suite completely taken out and started again for peace of mind. ☺️
We installed new fire rated IP65 down lights, replaced pipework, repaired a water damaged floor and re-plyed it ready for the fire resistant and water proof cl...ick tile floor and other fixtures. 😁
To keep as much space as possible we opted for a slimline vanity unit with a medium sized sink so that they have as much room to wash as possible without space being an issue. ✨

A flat roof completely renewed after only a year of being installed due to it bellying in the middle and not being properly sealed resulting in the clients ceiling below being destroyed. 😩
