We won the Haslemere president’s award at last nights Waverley Awards. At a rather good party over at Lythe Hill

This Friday we are closing at 5:30. We are nominated for 2 awards at the Waverley BIG awards. Best business in Haslemere and Customer Delight. So we need to tidy up, get changed and get to Lythe Hill for 6:30.

Each of the Dylan's Staff (That aren't on Holiday) are organising a day each this half term. This is what we have planned.

This is madness.

We are thinking of hosting another Halloween party.
But first does anyone know of a face painter who might be free on the 31st?

It was Pip's Birthday on Tuesday, but weirdly she didn't want to work. So we are celebrating today. (she is too cool for Facebook, so won't know she is walking into this weirdness when she opens today.)

What an awesome place. The staff are lovely and the ice cream and pancakes (I'd call them crepes) are to die for.



Dylan's ice cream came to both my brothers wedding and a friends wedding with one of their little ice cream vans and I often see them at local shows etc but this is the first time I ventured into the cafe. There was Halloween colouring for kids and they are very welcoming. My daughter didn't want to leave.



We will definitely make this our new daddy daughter hangout and I'd happily just pop in for coffee and pancakes with friends too.



It's an absolute no brainer, local and independently owned with amazing ice cream and good food and coffee all for less than the prepackaged sh*t and burnt coffee you get at most chain coffee shops.

We had a visit from Dylans today to our Residential home in Hindhead and the residents, their families and staff loved it :-).

Thank you so much and we'll see you at our barn dance.

We had Dylan's ice cream van for a family party at the weekend and it was excellent. Both children (and adults) were excited when they arrived and the ice cream was delicious. Couldn't have been more helpful or friendly and great with dietary requirements. Would definitely recommend them.

We are proud in Haslemere to have such a great place with top quality artisan's products. Great service and excellent ice cream and treats to choose from; also options for Gluten-Free, Dairy-free & Vegan!

Totally amazing flavors of sorbet as well as icecream and very cool cups of tea, And the staff are great. loved by all the family. We drive half hour t visit Dylan's for a treat, it's well worth the trip. Xxxxx

Such a wicked little shop ,ice cream is AMAZING, all locally sourced and always a surprise of flavours .. only downer .. its a shame its not bigger as it gets manic busy !! ��x

Not only is Dylans incredible ice cream with some of the most original flavours you will see out there, but the service and staff are always so friendly, whether it be in the ice cream parlour or in the vans at events. Never able to resist stopping by!

Not only does Dylans have the best ice cream ever but the have the best staff that have restored my faith in humanity. Unbeknownst to me I had dropped my purse in the shop after buying the kids ice cream this afternoon. Emily took the time to try and contact both me and my husband through Facebook and when that failed she took the time to bring it to my home! Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤

Dylans is amazing, fab, brilliant - you have to go there!

Ok for example: The staff love dogs ( so much that they even provide tables outside so you can sit with your dog, loops for leads and dog water bowls! and yet the dogs aren't allowed in because the staff have a lot of love and respect for ice cream and customers and hygiene. If that doesn't show commitment to ice cream and customers and hygiene I don't what does tbh because dogs are amazing.



I love this bunch!

Can't find a better, more friendly coffee shop in town. In my opinion it serves the best but also cheapest coffee and it does as an ice cream parlour too! Staff are so lovely!

Ben and the team at Dylan's are a great bunch. This is not just an ice cream parlour, it's an important part of our community. The homemade ice cream, delicious pancakes and tasty cakes are wonderful, but it's the effort that's made to provide a welcoming and fun environment that really sets Dylan's apart. You guys are an asset to our town, thank you!

Ben and a Dylans van attended my sons 5th birthday party today . Couldn’t recommend highly enough . Punctual , friendly service and delicious ice creams. Thank you so much .
