Monday 8th July
Come along and join us for a Monday evening Ride with Rovers, if you have a baseline level of cycling experience and fitness and can ride at an average speed of 15mph for an hour then come along and give our ride a try.
This week’s ride is the Herbrand Walk Ride!, we have 3 groups fast, intermediate and steady.

Event number 12 in the Rovers Evening Series of Club Time Trials, this Thursday 4th July 2019, is a 14-mile TT on the Pevensey/Ninfield circuit. Meet at Starbucks in the garage complex at Pevensey roundabout for signing on between 18:30 and 18:30. Race starts at 19:30. Helmets and rear light compulsory. Members £5.00 / non-members £6.00.
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A CHANGE TO THE PUBLISHED EVENT AS THERE ARE TRAFFIC LIGHTS ON THE A22.

Members and guests meet at Stone Cross Memorial Hall, at 0845 for a 0900 start, helmets compulsory.
... There are two groups one intermediate group and a faster group for seasoned riders neither of these groups are suitable for beginners.
