Our inspiration derives from the Delicious yet Simple and Healthy food served in the street carts of Italy.

We serve Hand rolled Piada, Pasta Bowls and Freshly prepared Salads.

We believe our customers should have the freedom to create their own bespoke dishes that is delicious and affordable.

There are many varieties and combinations to choose from.

Our ingredients are authentic Italian whether they come straight from Italy or locally sourced.

Thousands flooded the streets of Brighton this saturday to celebrate Pride.
... From Hove Lawns to preston park, drenched in rainbows and glitter, residents of the city waved their flags high and welcomed visitors from across the world.
In the year which marked the 50th anniversary since the decriminalization of homosexuality, Brighton Pride was bigger than ever.
The parade was arranged at Hove Lawns and set off down the seafront back towards the city.
Past the i360, up towards the clock tower and the atmosphere continues to build.
Once again Brighton Pride filled with city with joy, energy and a constant spirit of unity.

A Festive Fruit Salad with Lemon and Ginger

Serves: serves 6

½ honeydew, cut into about 15 stars ⅓ seedless watermelon, cut into about 15 stars 2 cups sliced strawberries 1 cup mini mozzarella balls 1 cup cherries 1 loose-packed cup mint and basil leaves ½ cup blueberries ½ cup raspberries Lemon-Ginger Dressing: 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar 1 teaspoon minced ginger ½ clove of garlic, minced ¼ teaspoon maple syrup ¼ teaspoon salt freshly ground black pepper

Taco Bowls with Cucumber Jalapeño Ranch

Make the Cucumber Jalapeño Ranch dressing: In a high speed blender, blend the almonds, almond milk, cucumber, lime juice, lime zest, vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, jalapeño, salt, and several grinds of black pepper.
Chill until ready to use.
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Toss the tortilla strips with a drizzle of olive oil and a few pinches of salt.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until crispy.
Make the Spiced quinoa: In a medium pot, combine the quinoa, black beans, olive oil, lime juice, lime zest, chili powder, smoked paprika, maple syrup, salt, and several grinds of black pepper.
If desired, heat until warmed through, then stir in the scallions.
This can also be served cold.
Assemble the taco bowls with the romaine, Spiced quinoa, corn, tomatoes, jalapeño and avocado, if using, and the tortillas strips. Top with the cilantro and drizzle with the Cucumber Jalapeño Ranch dressing.
Serve with the lime slices and extra sauce.

Sweet Potato Hash Recipe

Makes 6 (serves 2) – 300g sweet potato – 1/4 white onion – 2 garlic cloves – 2tbsp Rapeseed oil – 80-100g flour (we used oat) – Good pinch sea salt – Black pepper – 50-200ml Water
1) Peel and grate sweet potato into a bowl. 2) Finley chop or grate onion and garlic. Add to the potato. 3) Add 1tbsp oil, flour, salt and pepper. 4) Massage together with your hands. 5)Add water if necessary. 6)Tightly form into 6 patties. 7) Heat the remaining 1tbsp of oil in a non stick pan. Fry on a high heat for 1-2 mins on each side and then bake in the oven at 180 for 10-15mins, OR fry on a low to medium heat for 5o or so minutes on each side.

Serves: serves 4

8 whole wheat or corn tortillas* (see note) filling options for binding:
¾ cup sweet potato mash, from about ½ baked sweet potato
1 (14-ounce) can refried pinto beans** (see note)

Mix and Match Veggie Quesadillas
This #VeggieQuesadilla Recipe sounds super tasty!
Instructions
... Prep the fillings and preheat a grill pan or skillet to medium high.
Spread each tortilla with one binding ingredient - mashed sweet potato, refried beans, mashed avocado or cheese - so that your quesadillas will stick together.
Add desired veggie fillings. Fold each tortilla in half over the fillings and gently press down.
Cook each quesadilla for 2 to 3 minutes per side, until light char marks form.
Remove from the pan, slice into wedges and serve.

Cucumber Mango Miso Noodle Bowls

Make the peanut-miso sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, miso paste, ginger, garlic, and lime juice.
Whisk in the warm water, as needed, until the sauce is a drizzable consistency. Set aside.
Combine the cucumbers, scallions, mango and jalapeño in a bowl with a few pinches of salt and a squeeze of lime.
Toss and set aside.
Cook the rice noodles according to the package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Toss with a bit of olive oil or sesame oil to keep the noodles from sticking together.
Assemble bowls with the rice noodles, cucumber mixture, cashews, mint, generous drizzles of the peanut-miso sauce and tofu, if using.
Serve with lime slices and extra sauce on the side.
