Well that’s all our 2018 couples married and as we shut the big front door tonight we’ve reminisced about all the wonderful moments we have been a part of. The music, laughter, clinking of glasses and I dos are all done for another fabulous year. Not sure how next year will top it. But with more choices and availability and options for standard or bespoke packages it’s looking like it’s going to be fantastic! Thank you to every couple, guest, photographer, florist, pianist, chauffeur etc and all our fantastic registrars for a wonderful wedding year .. watching you all and working with you is a pleasure ! Happy new year and we wish our 2019 couples every happiness as they countdown to their big day!

We went to a wedding fair, and from there...we chose Edes House for our wedding on 28.05.16. I knew that Kim, Emma and their staff would be the perfect blend of efficiency and personal touch. They put me at ease, all communications were smooth and friendly and I cannot praise their attention to detail, help, professionalism or kindness highly enough. You helped give me the wedding of my dreams! The house is beautiful: and so is your "customer" service xx

We had our wedding service and reception here at the house and all guests commented what a lovely spot and so unique.

We had our wedding at Edes house on 26th May, and it was amazing, from the moment we went to take a look around 9 months ago, to the final photograph and us leaving for the reception we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Kim and her team where so organised and helpful every step of the way. We couldn't have asked for anything better. A massive thank you!!

We had our ceremony at Edes house in September and couldn't of asked for anymore from Kim and the team. Yes I do work at the venue however my experience as a ' Bride on the other side' as Kim liked to call me was perfect! For me there was no other venue to get married in as I have seen many weddings here and know how calming and smoothly the day is ran! Our guests were all complimentary on the friendly staff.

We got married here on the 20th September 2014 so nearly a year ago but it was a wonderful day and the staff was amazing wish we could it all again x

We got married here on the 15th September and we are so pleased with how the day went.



Kim, Emma and the team are all lovely. They were so helpful and accommodating throughout the whole planning process and were always prompt to answer my many questions.



Kim managed to somehow make me feel very calm on the day, despite my horrendous nerves and the staff were all fantastic. Everyone even commented on how good the registrar was at making the ceremony feel so relaxed, which was exactly as we hoped it would be.



The house is beautiful, the hardest part we had was choosing which room to use for the ceremony.



We can’t thank Kim and the team enough for ensuring our day ran smoothly. Would definitely recommend.

My friend got married here in December and the whole place looked beautiful with all its festive decor. The building is stunning and the staff were lovely and made everything run smoothly.

I have visited Ede's House on a couple of occasions and have thoroughly enjoyed myself both times. The interior of this historical building lends itself beautifully to any occasion but, without doubt, it is the staff who add to its success as a perfect venue.

Edes House is a studding venue in the middle of Chichester - the staff are warm and welcoming. Lots of venues talk about being an inspirational space, we I think Edes house is a genuinely inspirational, every room with a unique atmosphere. I highly recommend it as a venue for business functions.
