Soprano, Eimear Collins, studied at The Royal Academy of Music, The Royal Academy Opera, London and at English National Opera.

She is a singing teacher at The Brit School and teaches privately in Brighton.

As a teacher many of Eimears students have been accepted into music colleges of their choice including Arts Ed, The Academy of Contemporary Music, London, Guildford and The American Academy of Dramatic Arts, New York. I have taken students from Grade 1 examinations right up to diploma level with various examination boards.

She has previously taught at the Montfort College of Performing Arts and The Cork Academy of Music.

Eimear was a member of the Glyndebourne Festival Opera. Whilst at Glyndebourne roles included Jay - The Cunning Little Vixen, La Chouette - L'enfant et le sortileges, Theresa in The Yellow Sofa for Glyndebourne on Tour.

Other roles include Lady Billows (Albert Herring, Mimi ( La Boheme) with John Copley and Jonathan Miller, Emmy (Der Vampyr), Armide (Armide) and Mazenka (The Bartered Bride).
for Royal Academy Opera, Lauretta (Gianni Schicchi) for Opera Fringe Northern Ireland and the Blackstairs Opera and Mrs. Peachum, (Threepenny Opera) for Opera 2005, Cork.
She is an experienced concert and recitalist.
She was a BBC Young Musician and has toured Japan several times for EU-Japan Fest.

She has also worked as an assistant director for English National Opera working on projects such as The Early Earth Opera’s and For the Public Good.
