Emerson Valley Bootcamp is a summer bootcamp to get fit, loose weight, achieve your goals
and have fun!

Emerson Valley Bootcamp Description

The bootcamp is run by two experienced personal trainers with lifelong fitness experience, and level 4 qualifications in obesity and diabetes and back pain management.
So If you want to lose weight, increase your Cardio Fitness and tone up, then this is the class for you!
The aim of the bootcamp is to kick start your fitness and get you back to training, we play lots of games to try to keep it fun and we do different exercises,
Primarily we do HIT / circuit style exercise sessions with team games and exercises .
All levels welcome, walkers and runners! Please bring water and a mat / picnic blanket : )

Thanks guys! This camp is what I was looking for to exercise a little more. I find it really interesting if youยดre trying to move away from the elliptical and boring gym machines into doing some fun exercise with amazing people from all backgrounds and levels.



Something I appreciate a lot is that Panos and Dani always suggest different versions of each exercise, so it is up to you to make it easier or harder depending on your fitness level and goals. Also they keep an eye on how each one of us perform, to correct our moves and prevent injuries.



Iยดd recommend giving it a try to anyone interested in building healthier habits. I feel way more active after each session, sleep better and definitely enjoy way more than training at the gym. Looking forward to next session :D !

For somebody who doesn't really enjoy exercise, I really enjoyed this bootcamp. The sessions were fun and the games made it fell like I was exercising without really knowing it!! I really enjoyed meeting everyone and felt part of the team. I would recommend Emerson bootcamp and will definitely be back next year.

Fantastic bootcamp for all abilities, trainers are supportive and great at motivating you to improve. They keep sessions interesting my doing different exercises so you don't get bored doing the same thing over and over. I would highly recommend trying out a session!

A well structured and planned session with highly motivated staff who are able to cater to each persons individual needs and goals - no matter their fitness level. I was aching the next day but you know the saying, 'no pain, no gain!'. I will be back soon!

A great session with welcoming & friendly coaches. Due to other commitments I can't attend but definitely recommend to others for a well motivated planned session
