A big highlight from this year, it was an honour to welcome Michel Roux OBE for a takeaway earlier this year, a true culinary legend!
Chicken Tikka - succulent chicken fresh out of the tandoor
Paneer Tikka - mouthwatering vegetarian starter with a subtle smokey charcoal flavour.

amazing
Went here about a year ago on the hop. Lovely. Up with family for a meal so booked for 6 of us. Food was so tasty for all of us...great service. Will be seeing family more often I hope.
Went for the first time for the Sunday buffet. £12.50 each and all you could eat. Was fresh and delicious. Especially the naans.
We are from Bradford the curry capital. This place was fantastic from the service to the food. Can't fault it at all
Very good ambience and food. Really a good place to enjoy and chill along with variety of tasty Indian food
The food is lovely well worth it quaint surroundings nice ambiance service was good and friendly had a touch of class clean and tidy
Superb food, always served hot and fresh, lovely ambience and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.
New Year's Eve, even though it was busy, the food, as always, was excellent.
My second visit, ELEVEN of us booked in, food was excellent, with all tastes catered for.
Kathy and I have been regular customers since Azmal opened the restaurant. We have celebrated many birthdays, anniversaries and great nights out and can say without reservation that the Emperor of India is a fantastic place to eat. You will not be disappointed.
I have been here many times.
Service is impeccable, food is delicious and fresh and authentic.
Immaculate and lovely surroundings.
A 5 star experience for sure.
A rare occasion meeting up with my grown up children and their partners. Good food, well presented and friendly staff. And all at very reasonable prices.
Very Good ambience, much relaxed time and Family fun with delicious food
Liked the food and ambience but it is expensive compared to other local Restaurants.Good authentic Indian food and Draught cobra beer.
Good food good service poor atmosphere and very expensive
Went today for the first time for buffet £75 3 adults 2 kids! Only soft drinks and 1 beer!! Not even poppadoms included in buffet?? When I bought this up at time of settled bill that £7.20 was poppadoms, the waiter just dismissed it and said only naans included in buffet and that was that, no apology nothing. Livid that this wasn't explained to us in the beginning, I wouldn't have ordered.
We had to ask what the set up was in regards to the buffet as it was our first visit and I had to ask for plates to be taken away from our table. They weren't even busy. Such a shame but seem after they have increased buffet prices they have got complacent with customer service.
Food was ok, unfortunately nothing to shout about, korma was watery and quite tasteless.
Don't think we will be returning. £75 for a buffet meal was quite extortionate.
Very limited choice and what was there was 'watered down' ! Not very appetising! Will not be returning!
Very expensive for what it is.
We paid over £79 for two people, not even a starter !
Service was ok
Menu extensive and food was good quality but pricy for a curry
