Nelson and Burnley declared property hotspots
TWO East Lancashire towns have been declared as property hotspots after a significant rise in sales, according to a new report.
Research from Lloyds Bank revealed that Nelson came joint second in England and Wales with a 12 per cent rise in sales, with Burnley coming joint seventh with a 10 per cent rise.
... They buck the overall trend with 82 per cent of towns included in the survey saw house sales fall between 2015 and 2016.
There was a general north-south divide, with most of the towns seeing the biggest increases situated outside southern England.

Empire estates have been fantastic from start to finish, Leanne showed them round my home so I didn't have to do a thing and she sold my house on the first day, Leanne also kept me updated every week and returned all my calls, I did my research before on all the estate agents in the area and looked for who was selling houses and empire won hands down, if you are looking for a professional team and want to sell your house for a good price and with no hassles then look no further, you will not be disappointed, I will miss talking to Leanne each week as we built up a good relationship so I may ring now and again for a natter lol....thanks again empire you are the best around......xxx

I have to hand it to them. They can rope you in and make you feel like a king. They make out to so professional They are the nastiest pieces of work I have ever come across. No morals, dishonest, arrogant, ignorant. I would advise you stay well away from these clowns.
