Working on something new this week, designed to help all of you who have your own small business selling cakes, no matter where in the world you are! Very excited to share this with you in a few weeks time 😊

It is with regret I have had to cancel the fancy frosting class in June. I have emailed & refunded all those who had booked but if you've not received the email please let me know. Apologies everyone.

Had a few people message me about ganache over the last few weeks so I'm just sharing this again incase it is helpful for anyone else...

So with the news that the royal wedding cake is costing a whopping £50,000 what did you do for your wedding? Did you opt to spend lots of money on a professional cake or stick with home made? Mine was made by my sister in law and was lovely. I’ll try and find a photo to share later. #royalwedding

Due to popular demand... I have just added a new date for the Beautiful Buttercream class. EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT: This class is reduced to £44p/p until Tuesday and it will be the only evening class this term. Spaces are very limited so please book early to secure your place. Friday 9th March 7-9.30pm - classes are held in Goring-by-sea and EVERYTHING is provided for you, you just need to bring along an apron to keep yourself clean! I've spent the afternoon going through my cupboards... wow I have got soooo much stuff I don't use! So, this Wednesday I'm having an open house and you're welcome to pop in between 11-12 or 2-4 to have a rummage and see if you can grab some bargains! I've got so many things from cake lace mats to moulds (sooo many) and cookie cutters. I've also got a few Christmassy bits which might be useful. Items from 50p to £10 - I am only taking cash, no cards. We had fun making Christmas characters this morning! How cute are these guys!! I feel festive now! I have got 2 spaces on the last xmas class of the year on Thursday. Tonight was my first time on the buttercream class. Lovely teacher & with great skills. I learnt a lot & would definitely recommend.

Thank you Laura for a great fun evening. I learnt so much at the Cath kidston class and can't wait to get practising on the skills I learnt. Your demonstrations were easy to follow and I will certainly be booking for another class.

Second class I've done, Laura is a very good teacher for all levels of ability. Definitely worth a go if you haven't before.

Really enjoyed my vintage stencilling and piping class, Laura explained everything really well and had everything you needed to create fabulous cupcakes. I enjoyed it so much I have booked another class the buttercream course in a couple of weeks.

Laura's classes are well run and fun I have learned so much it is improving my skills and my confidence in producing some very nice cakes thanks Laura xx

Laura is a brilliant teacher and the classes are really well planned and thorough. Also learning from a home environment you feel as relaxed as you would be in your own homes whilst baking / decorating.

It started with a bite...and it's led to three classes so far plus lots more baking and cake eating! Enchanted Cupcakes are super yummy, super beautiful and made by the very talented and lovely Laura. She is a brilliant teacher too - everyone is always impressed with my creations and I can't wait to learn more.

I have attended two classes now - Christmas cupcakes and Advanced Buttercream. I thoroughly enjoyed both classes and learnt so much too! It has given me more confidence when decorating my cupcakes! Laura is a great teacher and both classes were great fun! Thank you Laura! Xx
