Good morning ladies, great turn out at Nonsuch with 14 or our ladies running. Some of our committee members below looking stylish in their Christmas attire 👍🏻
Allsorts where also spotted running in Bushy, Banstead, Ashton, Lower Hutt, Rushcliffe, Peckham, Worthing, Fletcher Moss and East Brighton.
Well done to Claire Elam running for the first time in Fletcher Moss and Kate agreen at East Brighton.

Who’s running at Nonsuch parkrun tomorrow? It will be their Christmas Santa Run 🎅. They will also be having CAKE 🧁

Some good fun had down at the track last night. Cracker relay 👍🏻

Exciting news. New Beanie hat coming soon. 👍🏻

Can’t wait to see you all at track on Wednesday. Mince pies and mulled wine will be served after some fun and games on the track. We might have to run a bit 😂

Good Afternoon ladies, hope you have all had a lovely weekend and enjoying a lazy Sunday Afternoon.
Despite the cold weather 13 of our ladies made it to Nonsuch Parkrun yesterday morning. Our Allsorts where also spotted at Bushy Park, Banstead, Newcastle, Dulwich, Lower Hutt, Fulham, Nostell and Mole Valley.
Again no Personal Bests to report ☹️. Work harder ladies 🤣
... Well done to Ceri Jones for running in Dulwich for the first time and yes you guessed it Kate Green at Nostell.

We had a lot of you venturing out yesterday at various parks including Guildford, Nonsuch, Abingdon, Peckham Rye, Hastings, Worthing, Hogmoor Inclosure and Wendover Woods.
No Personal Bests again must be all that mud slowing us down 🙄
... Well done to Catherine Spurin for running her first parkrun at Abingdon also Emily Smith and Hayley Javeleau running for the first time at Hogmoor Inclosure. Not forgetting our Kate Green running at Wendover Woods.
