Tonight's line up for our inaugural wine club Tasting at Excellar Claygate. Kick off from 6.30pm Loire whites, Bordeaux Reds, 3 Italians, 4 from Minervois, plus one wine thrown into the mix that I have not tasted since we had our shop in Paris. See you there!

While all our customers are having Saturday entertainment we at Excellar are hard at work. This organic St Chinian, near Montpellier,sample arrived yesterday from the winemaker...Syrah/Grenache blend...exceptional, bright, ruby, refreshing fruit. I was meant to save this for our upcoming tasting in Claygate on Thursday.....oooops.

Wow...what a party. Fantastic guests, great music, brilliant host and the venue looked fantastic with all the decorations. We were definitely the most exciting place to be last night.
if Carlsberg did wine shops, they would be no where near as good as ExCellar Fulham.
Visited for the first time yesterday. Very busy, but the staff were very friendly. Will definately go back when in the area again.
This is by far, the nicest place to have coffee in Surbiton. Lovely big tables and chairs and the staff are really friendly. Coffee is tasty and the sandwiches are yummy!
The Victoria Sponge Cake is to die for. The service is pretty good also.
Roast salmon salad to die for!
Lovely lunch and staff and only just found that evening's are fun there too
Love the laid back feel of the place, especially on a Sunday morning. Excellent meat/cheese platters or great sandwiches. Brilliant selection of wines to have in or buy to take out.

I have to disagree with the previous comments. I have two small kids (1 and 3 yo) and have been going to this place since it opened. Not only have they always been friendly and helpful, they have gone out of their way to be super sweet to my kids. There is no where in Surbiton I would rather go for a coffee, with or without my kids!
Had my birthday party at Surbiton Ex Cellar in July- absolutely brilliant, fantastic spread, the team couldn't have done more for us. Highly recommend!
