My favourite workout. Keeps me coming back every day with great workouts including resistance and cardio. All the staff are lovely and the other members are really friendly. People from all abilities go but everyone is pushed to their best. Appreciate the showers in the morning too :)
I went last night for an Allstar workout with Reading RFC, absolutely fantastic! Really well organised, great equipment, very painful but great fun. The staff are really friendly and are watching throughout the workout to help improve peopleβs form as well. I would highly recommend.
Excellent opening day class - Hollywood. Went in not knowing what it was going to be like or if it was for me.
It turned out to be the best class Iβve ever done, supper encouraging instructors helping to guide and get the most out. Well structured and excellent set up.
Canβt recommend this place enough! If you want to get fit / in shape then join, it works! Itβs quick the trainers are friendly and motivating! Great atmosphere to train in.
Best workout in Berkshire! Canβt wait for my next session οΏ½οΏ½οΏ½
