About Fabs Pizzas
Welcome to Fabs Pizzas Page.
Our Pizzas are freshly prepared using our Artisan made Pizza dough. Hand stretched & cooked in our wood fired oven.
Fabs Pizzas Description
Our Pizzas are artisan style: What this mean? Artisan mean the Pizza is made by using traditional methods. The dough is made with Italian Flour specially create for Pizza, Spring Water, Yeast, Salt and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The dough rest for a minimum of 8 hours. All our Pizza are made to order, the dough is hand stretched. We topped it with our homemade tomato sauce and add your choice of toppings. We finaly place it in our Stone baked Wood Fired at 500 degrees so it is ready within minutes for you to take home and enjoy! The results is each customer walk out with a light digestives Pizza, full of flavours from the dough and its toppings. A pizza as it should be!

This is why we thrive to work within our local community: This message was posted in Haywards Heath Gossip Facebook page on Sunday May Bank Holiday 2019. 😀-So I had my 40th birthday party last weekend and I just want to give a huge shout out to the following local businesses. Fabs Pizzas for feeding my 80 guests the most delicious pizza's (some gluten and dairy free aswell). We hadn't reached the quota that I had paid for and Fabrice Ortarix cooked the remainder and brought ...them in at 11pm - perfect as we all had the munchies by then!! Cakes by Kerrie for stepping in at the last minute and making the best rainbow birthday cake ever (aswell as gluten free cupcakes). Kylie Rathbone of Robotic Clouds Photography for taking the most amazing photo's. The Kart Kompany for providing the perfect cocktails and the gorgeous Sophie Glew - Make up & Hair for giving everyone festival glitter. All these small businesses helped made my night truly magical, so don't think twice about booking any of them if you're planning something special 💚
