We are really excited and proud to announce that we have won a ‘Great Taste’ award for one of our Savoury Biscuits. The worthy winner was our Cranberry & Pumpkin Seed product which won the award in the savoury category.
... Great Taste, organised by the Guild of Fine Food, is the acknowledged benchmark for fine food and drink. It has been described as the ‘Oscars’ of the food world and the ‘epicurean equivalent of the Booker prize’.
Please see below for some comments from the judges:
“There's a pleasing yin-yang of flavours and sweetness/salinity from the seeds and fruit, giving an impression of depth.” “These are very lovely looking biscuits. The attractive flecks of linseed, pumpkin and cranberries work very well. Sometimes oatcakes can be a little bitter, but the cranberries here balance that out very well. Salt level is spot on. The texture is crisp and there is plenty of interest in your mouth. Crumbly and quite creamy. Outstanding examples of a very different oatcake biscuit.”

On the 4th August we are hosting a family fun day at Colne Rugby Club, Harrison Drive to raise money for Pendleside Hospice as part of our Corporate Challenge.

This year the astronomical summer starts Thursday, June 21, on a day which is known as the summer solstice. Around this time we will enjoy the most daylight of the calendar year, as the sun reaches its most northern point in the sky at noon, local time.
With Summer on our mind we want to share an image of our beautiful Botanical Floral Range. It is an ideal gift or treat for someone and once you have finished all your biscuits you can re-use the tubes and tin for storing you...r favourite things.

Despite the weather we managed to raise £170 for the Pendleside Hospice corporate challenge yesterday. Thank you to all who visited our stall. Special thanks to Trawden Athletic Club for donating their race entry fees and to Bradley Garnett, Fiona Marsden, Donna Titley, Carol Day and Sanchia Crossley for giving up their Saturday to help. #fundraising

I won a competition, and my biscuits were delivered promptly and were well packaged. The biscuits themselves were absolutely delicious and the packaging tins they were in are beautiful.

I was the lucky winner of the free from range of biscuits , super fast delivery and excellent customer service , and the biscuits are yummy they've been shared around my nursing colleagues thanks again

I was lucky enough to win a competition, and two lovely tins of biscuits arrived the next day! The tins are really pretty, and the cookies are delicious :) Thank you Farmhouse Biscuits x

Absolutely gorgeous presentation & the most tasty biscuits! Speedy delivery - Would highly recommend x

Absolutely fantastic biscuits. The taste, texture and consistency of these biscuits are simply indescribable. Strongly recommend these biscuits to anyone. I’ve never felt so passionate about biscuits but, by heck, these don’t half cut the mustard! Farmhouse biscuits, keep it up! I don’t know who you have creating these biscuits but I’m pretty sure they’re not human. Current favourites have to be the Luxury Red Velvet Crunch, Luxury Chocolate Brownie Biscuit and contesting strongly in third position, ‘the oat flip’ and flippin heck do they taste good!! It would be rude of me not to mention the fantastic range of selection of Christmas tins. Maybe a poorly timed review in terms of seasonal activity but nonetheless these tins don’t half pack a punch! To all biscuit lovers out there, go and grab yourself a pack of farmhouse biscuits!

There was something terribly wrong with the batch of cranberry crunch biscuits I just opened. They taste like bad raspberry medicine. Expensive and inedible. Buyers (and gifters!) beware.

Paid a lot of money for some very revolting sugar free chocolate chip shorties biscuits. They just taste like uncooked flour, fat and water. Obviously whoever developed these didnt bother to taste test them before putting on the shelf. shockingly awful. you should be ashamed

FACTORY MADE, NOT FARMHOUSE!

It is common knowledge now that the Urangutans natural habitat is being destroyed by deforestation in order to make way for huge Palm Oil Plantations in Borneo and Sumatra. Do you know the country of origin of the palm oil you use? And if it is from an area that is causing such awful pain and suffering to the Urangutans of the world, please can you find an alternative to this oil. Be great if you could. Thanks

Do NOT buy a tube of biscuits from these people. It's only when you open them at home that you realise the tube is over twice the size it needs to be to house the tiny amount of biscuits inside. A complete con trick which should be outlawed

Bought the gf vanilla flavoured shortbread biscuits, disgusting never tasted anything like it, the smell when opened the packet was enough! Very dissatisfied !
