Based in Selsey, we would like to introduce you to the first FeelGood Factory in West Sussex.
Shapemaster’s power assisted toning equipment can be used by almost anybody, from those who haven’t exercised in years, to even the most fit and healthy amongst us. We provide a safe, comfortable and relaxed environment, where our friendly staff are on hand to help you, within your capabilities to reach your maximum potential.
Whatever your body needs, be it weight loss, gentle assisted exercise after surgery or toning, with a few sessions at the Feel Good Factory, you will soon feel the benefit and marvel at the results.
We are so different from your ordinary gyms, come on in and see! Our Shapemaster Equipment will help you lose weight, gain manoeuvrability, keep fit. Or try our Easy Gym which is based solely on cardio (no weights) which will keep you fit without pounding the streets. You are not just a number here, its your club! Be part of it!

Back in January, I decided enough was enough. My weight was getting out of control.I thought it was time to do something about it! So i joined the Feelgood Factory. I found the staff very helpful and very pleasant. I also enjoy coming here and i think it is the best thing i have ever done. It saved my life and i am so grateful to them. So far i have lost 2 stone 2 pound.

Back in August I was lucky enough to be chosen to receive 3 months membership to The Feelgood Factory. Right from my first visit my nerves were put at ease, Trudy, Bronwen and Sarah were all welcoming, non judgemental and real people. I've still not encountered any lycra clad intimidating people, just friendly people of all ages, shapes and sizes. Bronwen assessed my very limited ability and fitness then came up with a plan. I have a few health problems along with chronic pai...n so was anxious at first but the Shapemaster machines were a gentle wake up for muscles which had been in hibernation for 7 years. Slowly I've increased what I'm doing and pushing my limits. The weight loss hasn't been as fast as I'd have liked but have lost inches and changed shape, in a good way. But I think the biggest significant change has been how i feel, emotionally and physically. Most mornings i have to push myself to get out the door but after working out I always feel better. I'm now a fully signed up member and love The Feelgood Factory being part of my life and future. I'd highly recommend anyone even slightly intrigued to give them a call, have a look around and chat.

So pleased I rejoined this amazing gym. It’s s nice to get back to this extremely friendly place. I never liked going to a gym in the past as I always felt out of place and self conscious but you don’t get that at the feel good factory. The staff are so nice and helpful and make you feel so welcome and confident. The equipment is great, such a good variety for all abilities. It’s so clean and warm I really enjoy going. All the gym members that I have met have been so nice and inspirational too. The membership fee is so affordable too there is no excuse not to get fit and healthy for the summer . Highly recommend to anyone
