***IT’S MOTIVATIONAL MONDAY!!!*** As an instructor of martial arts fitness classes, I had to get a motivational quote from this man at some point!!!😆 But seriously, are you aiming to low? What, in your personal or professional life could you aim for that’s higher and maybe even a bit scary? That’s were the growth is and the improvement in your quality of life! My son Mason recently had a gymnastics competition and placed gold in high bar, silver in vault, but didn’t place in ...his floor routine. He had the choice of a simpler floor routine with a cartwheel or a more challenging routine with a flip. He chose to do the more challenging routine with the flip and the other gymnasts didn’t, and even though he didn’t place, I told him I was proud of him for aiming high, rather than playing it safe! What could you aim for that’s great people, as the late, great, Bruce Lee says "In great attempts it is glorious even to fail"

Do you need more energy? Do you need to improve your digestion? Do you need more weight loss??? 21 DAY CHALLENGE MEETING IN OXFORD!!!
... Emma lost a stone 2lbs and lost 5 inches on her waist on a challenge!
We have been thinking about adding a nutrition solution to our fitness class offerings for a while and now we are finally doing it!!!
Me and Stacey do not feel we have much weight or body fat to lose, but to be sure the products and protocol were legitimate, we have been using the products and following it ourselves for just over a week now. Stacey has lost 1.2kg and dropped 2.8% body fat. I have lost 1.3kg and dropped 3.2% body fat!!! Anyone who know’s me know’s I didn’t have much to lose to start with, so the products definitely work!!!
We are planning to meet up at Cheney School Community Hall, Headington Oxford OX3 7QH, this Thursday 7th March, 8.15pm-9pm to give out details for our first 21 day challenge and sample some products.
If you are interested in more energy, improved digestion, not skipping breakfast or improving breakfast and weight loss, then you want to get yourself on a 21 day challenge!!!

Kicks are fantastic for shaping and toning the lower body muscles. With the kicking drills that are performed in class, we get an element of a traditional legs, bums and tums class within our martial arts fitness classes!
