Figures For Women

❗IMPORTANT❗
It is currently TOO hot in the gym to be doing any of the high intensity classes.
Tonight's BoxFit class will still be running but will consist of lower impact exercise cards.
... At the current temperatures we advise all member to stick to the basic circuit workout or lower impact classes (eg. stretch & flex) and of course keep well hydrated.
The gym will obviously remain open but whilst this weather continues we will be reviewing ALL classes each day so keep an eye out for more information.

Was very unsure when I had my initial induction but thought I'd give it a go as I wasn't being tied into a contract. Roughly going 3/4 times a week and doing 3.5 circuits a time. My first weigh and measure was today and I'm thrilled with the results. Would highly recommend any women to join who wants to get in shape and have a laugh whilst doing so x

Thought i would leave this review until I had been at the gym for a few months, I joined at the beginning of November being very unfit and I haven't looked back since. Ladies if you want a gym that's friendly, fun and want to get fit, figures for women is for you, there is no pressure, you can do as much or as little as you like and Kelly and her staff are fantastic. I've toned up, lost inches, reduced my body fat and feel great.so if your thinking of joining a new gym try this one it's fantastic.

Thought I'd leave my review a month in. Lost a total of 8 inches off my body. Loving the workouts and the atmosphere. Instructors and ladies are fab! It's always a good laugh!

The ladies who work here are amazing. Give constant encouragement and advice when you need it. Would like to give a huge thank you to Kelly, Stella, Sophie and Hannah. You are all doing a great job and should be very proud of yourselves for helping ladies feel better about themselves.

I am so glad i found the fitness. Very friendly staff, all the girls are nice and supportive! I just started my membership and i will definitely stay with them for a long time!

Figures for women never thought I'd enjoy excerising and I'm loving it 1st weigh and measure half a stone down and 13 inches gone everyone is so friendly and helpful and I've not been yet where I've not felt comfortable had a laugh and enjoyed my workout recommend figures to anyone
