I started my journey five years ago. I was overweight, had a poor diet and didn’t enjoy exercise. By myself, I managed to lose four stone by changing my habits. This change in my reality inspired me to help others to achieve their goals, by becoming a Personal Trainer. I'm continuously studying to further my education, to better myself as a Personal Trainer.
My approach to training is to ensure that you build your confidence one step at a time. We'll start by seeing what level you're at, assessing your goals, and creating a training programme that you're comfortable with, to ensure the best results. I'll reassess your programme on a regular basis to ensure we continue to progress throughout training. With your dedication and my determination, together we will reach success.
I'm fun, excitable and extremely caring, but above all I can sympathise with your personal situation as I've been there myself. I thrive to help people, and my passion is ensuring that we meet all fitness and nutrition goals. I will not give up until we succeed, together. Take a leap of faith, start your journey here. This was my personal trainer for months. He never allowed me to underestimate myself. Always made me believe I could break barriers I had set in my mind. I thought I'd never be able to do burpees or crossfit workouts. I do both now and love it. He's the best and is good at what he does. Thank you Rhys!
Sometimes I love him sometimes I hate him but only because he makes me work very very hard. Glad I chose Rhys to be my trainer, lovely guy. Highly recommend him for anyone wanting professional training.
