I really enjoy curves as it helps me keep my osteoarthritis at bay in my knees. Since I started I haven't had to go back to physio which is great. The low impact machines are exactly what is needed for them, plus building the muscles up around the knee caps. It's a must go for me!!
For me, Curves is perfect. The friendly team in the all female gym makes the whole experience fun. The circuit is as challenging as you want to make it, and the fact you can do a full workout in half an hour means you can easily fit it into your day. I would never go anywhere else.
Fab place to work out, great atmosphere, great staff! Just ordinary woman working hard to be healthier, fitter and slimmer. So easy to get started and so many supportive members to keep you motivated. Couldn't recommend highly enough!
Curves is a very friendly place easy to use equipment great motivation from the staff and a couple of extra classes boot camp and core stability the latter is great for stretching out the knees and back all done with females all ages and sizes ladies u need to try it beats the gym
