A question I get asked alot is "what if my baby/toddler is really clingy and just wants to be held?" Well, we work that into your workout! It doesnt make it easier for you but happy baby = happy Mummy and you get stronger in the process ;)

What a fantastic way to train and get back into shape when you have a small baby! Much cheaper option than trying to sort out childcare or finding a gym that provides childcare! Friendly and fun work-out and a good way to meet other like minded mums �

I loved my mumma baby boot camp work outs because it has been put together with new mummies in mind. Helen adapted any exercises which I found difficult and encouraged me to push myself to a level I found comfortable. It was a friendly and comfortable environment to work out. There was play mats and bouncers for the babies so I knew my little girl was comfortable. When my little girl became upset I was able to comfort her without feeling like I was holding the class up. I highly recommend this class to any new mummies who wants to start getting back into shape after pregnancy x

I love the Fit Mummy Bootcamp sessions. It’s a brilliant way to workout and be able to bring along my baby. The sessions are fun and relaxed, balancing a workout with being able to tend to the babies as needed (and sometimes even incorporating babies into the exercise). The stations vary each session which keeps the workout interesting. The set up also allows everyone to work to their own pace, taking it slow or pushing harder. Highly recommend.

I was worried about getting back into exercising and haven’t really found the time to go to the gym. Being able to bring my daughter with me is great. She loves the entertainment but Helen also adapts the exercises so that you can do it with your baby if they are unsettled. If you’re looking to get back into exercise after birth then I definitely recommend Fit Mummy Bootcamp ��

Had our first session today and absolutely loved it. Great way to get back in shape after having a baby and so much fun to include your baby in with your exercises. Highly recommend and thank you Helen for such a fun and comfortable session....even with the heat � x

From someone who barely exercised pre-pregnancy let alone during or after, I was concerned about joining mummy Bootcamp and whether I would be able to keep up. However, Helen truly made me feel at ease and has motivated me to get my fitness back on track. It’s fantastic to go somewhere where babies are welcomed and accommodated for and Helen has lots of suggestions for exercises that can include them during the session and at home. For anyone who wants to get back into shape post-pregnancy (or for someone like me who wasn’t really in shape to begin with) I really recommend joining Helen’s classes even if it’s just to meet some new (slightly sweaty) mummies.
