What can i say..... Last minute birthday meal quite late in the day. Absolute fantastic customer service from walking through the door to leaving and the food was lovely. Thank you

Just been for a meal with my son and would like to say thank you very much for the customer service levels, quality of the food and general warm welcome, I was given but not expected a complimentary pint for my birthday and you also brought my son a kids cocktail. Absolutely fantastic and thanks again.

I haven’t been for a long while as the food wasn’t that good to return on a regular basis. It was a bit hit and miss.

However, I visited last night and found the whole experience to be perfect.

We had a few drinks prior to our meal in the new Gin bar upstairs. What a lovely addition to the restaurant. It’s not full of loud rowdies like downstairs. Lovely atmosphere. The wine was perfectly chilled and the staff very pleasant.

We then enjoyed a delicious dinner. I had chicken with mushroom sauce which is my favourite at an Italian restaurant. I couldn’t fault one thing. Perfectly presented. Gorgeous mushroom sauce and delicious Home cut chips. Served by really lovely staff.

So I think I may return more often

We were a party of 13 and when we arrived our table was not ready, the manager took us through another room and gave us all a free drink , when our meals arrived there was a little bit confusion (on both parts ) and someone got my meal which meant I did not have one, the manager came over and quickly corrected this and said I didn't have to pay for my main, and also got me another free drink, the manager was so professional, fair and friendly, would definitely recommend this restaurant and will certainly come back .x

We hadn't been for a while as our last visit the food wasn't that great but decided to give it another go last night. Staff lovely & food improved from last time but from 8pm the noise from downstairs music was a bit ridiculous & annoying. My feet were vibrating on the floor. I couldn't finish my food & we left. Was chaotic outside, full of drunk kids. Don't think I will return in a hurry.

Visited for a friends birthday and I really enjoyed the food. However portion sizes were small, especially for the price. Drinks were also expensive

Have been to Fiumes lots of times over the past few years and always happy but been tonight for my sons birthday and was disappointed food took a long time to arrive attitude from one member of staff was not good though the others members were lovely asked for garlic bread to share before mains and came with mains, no biscuit with creme brûlée just a bit disappointing as have had many happy times previously

the Lasagne was like a house brick,the staff are great,the food is a massive let down

Service was terrible after visiting last night. Ordered drinks when our main course arrived, still no drinks by the time we finished and had to remind staff. Dessert menu stated variety of beckleberrys ice creams so we asked the waitress which flavours they had so we could decide on which dessert we wanted, she was going to check in the kitchen, 10 mins later she hadnt returned but she hadnt actually visited the kitchen! A different waitress then came over for our order, we told her we were waiting for a response from her colleague regarding the ice cream from 10 minutes prior, again this one was going to check. Again we watched her, she didnt go to the kitchen either but did approach the previous waitress who we caught pulling faces as they discussed our request! Absolutely disgusting attitudes from staff, first time ever experienced anythin like this here. We still never got an answer from the second waitress but at this point we had decided they could shove their desserts and would not be ordering anything further nor would we be visiting again.
