Proper well equipped gym, friendly helpful staff willing to help those at beginning level and advanced ...

Great prices on supplements behind the counter and weights and machines there are lots of so if it is busy you can still use what you need highly recommended gym !

Loads of room, lots of free weights and heavy duty machines, staff always freindly and helpfull. Owners have years of experiance and a vast knowledge of all aspects of weight training and keep fit. Highly recommended �

It's a good gym with friendly and knowledgeable staff who are alway happy to help. The gym has a good selection of dumbells ,free weight and machine resistant equipment.

If u wanna get into getting fit and going to the gym...this is the place to go. I was in two minds...but health is wealth...flex appeal made me feel welcome, great advice and routines and now I thoroughly enjoy going. Had BP check today lowest it's been in 23years. Great atmosphere as well I really look forward to my work outs now �

I was fortunate enough to train at this gym while on holiday last week. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, giving out tips and advice in a very supportive and encouraging manner. The atmosphere was great and there was a real feel good factor about the gym with a wide range of different types of people of all ages and fitness needs. There was loads of equipment and even at busy times there was never a problem in being able to find or use what I needed. Thank you for making me so welcome and I hope to come back again.

I moved to this gym in November and it was a great decision, there is a good range of equipment, a lovely atmosphere and good staff who make you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door!

I changed from a local gym to flex 3 years ago and will never change again, gym has everything you could ever need and is getting bigger and better seemingly by the day, everyone is very friendly and the staff are really brilliant even charlie.

Great gym, been a member for about a year now. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. Plenty of equipment so no waiting for pieces, new bits of kit being bought in regularly. Would highly recommend this place.

Currently live in Essex and spend most weekends in whitstable during the summer, myself and my fiancé have been looking for a local gym. Flex appeal is excellent for us both, small but has everything you need and you never seem to be waiting for equiptment, very clean and helpful staff! A lovely friendly atmosphere , only place to train when visiting !

Best gym in the area bar none! Have tried others in and around whitstable and Canterbury and all the staff and members are pleasant and helpful
