I am the Owner of Flying Kettlebells – Personal Fitness Training in your own Home.

I am a mobile instructor training my clients in their homes. I am based in Reading and travel within a 25 mile radius covering North Hampshire and South Berkshire.

I am an experienced trainer having qualified in 2005. I have attended many certifications and workshops over the years to keep me inspired and to offer exciting solutions for my clients. My training philosophy has evolved from selecting what feels right to me and most importantly produces results for my clients. A combination of my gut instinct and ‘tried and tested’ has served me well.

I want my clients to be strong, lean and able to move efficiently so they are able to cope with everything they want to do in life. I provide the regular support and motivation needed for clients to reach their goals and the skills and confidence to train independently so they do not become reliant on guided sessions.

Before making any commitment I offer a free consultation. I provide each client with a unique personal training solution depending on his or her goals, initial fitness level, natural abilities, exercise history, and individual preferences.

I specialise in Kettlebell Training since the whole body is used simultaneously to move the weight; preparing the body for real life applications. Also, grabbing that handle and swinging the orb of iron gives a feeling of power and coordinated athletic movement like nothing else. Regular, efficient kettlebell workouts with sufficient intensity will develop a lean body that is strong, athletic and coordinated. Kettlebells are ideal for high intensity circuit training which is the best exercise for fat loss since it keeps the fat burning furnace stoked.

Another favorite and effective form of training is Boxercise padwork. It keeps the heart pumping, burns fat, works all the major muscle groups and improves co-ordination. Hitting the pads is energising, great fun and knocks out stress.

I can also advise on nutrition and other aspects that may need attention - very important in getting the most out of the effort put into the regular exercise sessions.
