Well, I have used Formula One Autocentre in Farnborough 4 times now and I have been very happy with the service because on all 4 occasions they've done a good job.

Today, I found a puncture in my tyre caused by a bolt (which was still in the tyre but the air was releasing slowly) so I phoned them and asked if they could give me a new tyre before it goes completely flat even though they close at 6pm and it was 5.35pm when I phoned and I was at least 15 minutes away. When I turned up late, they did not turn me away and stayed longer to finish the job.

I am so grateful to them as the hassle of calling the breakdown service to my home to take me to the nearest garage the next day would have been a nightmare! There was just enough air left in the tyre to get me to the garage for them to change it. Thank you boys, really appreciate it. You saved my life!

Thank you guys so much! I always have my mot and service here and they've been great! I was driving back home today and my oil light came on, I pulled in here as luckily I wasn't too far away. They took a look at it straight away and cleaned and tightened some parts and said to see how you go. No ripping me off for parts I didn't need and explained everything to me. Great guys here.

Proper professional service at this garage finally I found the best garage all mechanics are honest and the manager is top class , definitely recommended to everyone I know and priced fair too , if it doesn’t need fixed they wouldn’t and will show you proof with pics too

Booked my mot online took it in. It did fail but they worked hard and fixed it the same day it ready by the end of the day. The area manger and staff where great they kept in contact about my car repair and when it be ready. Very helpful in set me up on there payment plan so I was able to afford to have all the repair completed. Great service would defiantly use again x

Booked a half price MOT online. All went well and the staff kept me informed. Waiting area was clean and there was a TV and magazines. There was a viewing area if you wanted to watch your car go through its paces. Have used them before for a price match deal on tyres. Would use again.

Arrived during time advised, was informed that computer system does not show on-line bookings made for Air-con service and that work load was full. However the manager at the time rearranged his mechanics work to allow service to my car immediately. Cannot fault personel service, this guy was a credit to your company. Many thanks will use again.

I have used F1 since they started in Farnborough and have had very good service at a reasonable price, so I was a little put back this time when, having taken my car in at the allotted time (0830) it was not finished by 1800, and had to leave the car there until the following morning when it would be ready by 10am. Unfortunately, to cut a long story short, it was not ready until 1230. I wasnt best pleased. The service on the whole is very good indeed, however, I feel that they are understaffed and, while reading other reviews, prone to overbook and thereby let customers down. Hope this improves for next time.

Made an appointment online for two front tyres, and free tracking check due to my tyres being unevenly worn, paid online etc. Arrived on the said time, was advised of a delay due to the car in front of me. 1hr 15 mins later my car tyres were changed. But I was told, they did not have time to checked the alignment due to them closing at 18:00 and the car that was in front of me still having it tracking adjusted. I was not impressed with the staff as they did not seem to be in rush to get things done from what I could see. Tyre prices are good, cheaper then ATS for the same tyre.

Disappointed, why book an appointment and be told to be there 10 minutes early only to have to wait over an hour!!! I booked an appointment for my son to have his front tyres replaced for 09.00. He needed to rush to do school run and arranged to be an hour late to work. So arrives as instructed at Farnborough at 08.50 - only to be told there is a delay....so waits over an hour then arrives at work over 2 hours late. Not good enough, poor customer service!

We’ve been using them since they first opened, but staff turnaround is high and service levels have plummeted.

Took our car here for an MOT where they failed it and intimidatingly said it needed a particular item replaced urgently at a cost of £000’s.

My husband took it elsewhere for a 2nd opinion and it passed.

This is their 3rd strike with us now so they’re OUT! We won’t be using them again.

Took my car in for an MOT last week. They failed it on rust (fair enough) but also failed it on other things which were totally unnecessary. They gave it a total of 8 advisories.

Took it to an independent garage for MOT after having JUST THE WELDING done and was given a pass and 1 advisory!



They will fail your car and give you advisories so you get the work done there! Con artists. Will never use again

This is the second time we have had an issue with them first time we had area manager Nathan who was brilliant and sorted out the issue within half an hour . So booked in for mot and the a guy there was soooo rude . Unfortunately Nathan has left the area so they have lost our business from now on and will not be recommending them .

Tbf I never got there. Booked an MOT for my car. Received an email five days later saying they were unable to honour this appointment. Invited to contact the store by phone. This I tried but no one answers the phone. I received appointment reminders for an appointment they had cancelled and now I'm invited to leave feedback? Shocking customer service and will take my business elsewhere. Not the trusted garage I hoped it would be for a newly qualified driver.

Staff were ignorant and rude on arrival. Told me I was at the wrong depot, checked and found my booking. Asked how I had booked it in and didn’t seem to believe me. Didn’t have my tyres so had to use 2 off the shelf, as if it was my fault !

Tried to force the customer in front of me to have brakes and discs done when his car had been serviced the week before.

Attempted to get me to get me to get the tracking done and when I said no the poor attitude came out again.

Customer service is non existent!

Staff are rude and obnoxious, arguing with other customers when I walked in and manager told him he is the sort of person who needs to phone the customer care line when it seemed as though the centre were in the wrong.



I mentioned a voucher online and was told you’ve already got enough money off.



Phoned up when they were looking at my car to say my handbrake doesn’t work, it does. It’s just passed it’s mot and service.



Took all day to do a simple job - pad replacement.



Won’t be using again, unfortunately I didn’t see the reviews until

I dropped the car off. Advice to the owners of the chain - new manager and staff required because they just don’t give a shit and are rude. I wish I paid more and went elsewhere. Worried the work wasn’t even done tbh

Put car in for a short service as car not long out of warranty & always had full main dealer services in line with manufacturers requirements. The only known problem was the washer not releasing water onto the windscreen & rear windscreen so asked them to look They also wanted to replace 2 tyres.

When I picked up the car there was no mention of the washer until I specifically asked which was disappointing. They did have a look but were not able to identify the problem or resolve as they had no-one with electrical experience working that week. They said bring it back next week & they will have a look but I do not have the confidence that it will be resolved so will take back to main dealer which is what I should have done in the first place.

Needed two front tyres on a Series 1 BMW - 11/4 - checked on line if they could do 12/04 late in the afternoon but could only see bookings from the 13th so called no answer and again no answer, being local went to the centre - couldn't do the 13th so booked the 18/04, took the car in but the tyre machine was being fixed (no call to me just a wasted journey - called cust service left a message to call me back - haven't bothered so far!) - booked for the 19th - Took car in and left I got a call I'd ordered the wrong tyres all BMW 1 series have run flats, - couldn't make the 20th so took the car back today (21st) as arranged - after 40mins and exchanges, Tyres had not been ordered, there hoping to have them tomorrow - this'll be my 4th visit - Customer Service is not all about being polite and helpful, sometimes doing the job contacted for helps too

Used them twice now and had no problems!

Rear tyres first time.

Latest yesterday two rear tyres and Aircon re-gas and clean all arranged online and done on time.



Third time couldn't balance the tyres and the bit of kit had gone walkabout! After a month saw the manager who was down right rude.



I will be using Camberley from now on who give first class service.



Please note that the guys who work at Farnborough are great it's just the leadership that needs sorting out.

Abysmal. I ordered the tyre on line and paid in advance and booked an appointment for 12.15 on Saturday to have it fitted. When I arrived at that time I was told there would be a slight delay - 45 minutes later I was still waiting so went to ask how much longer it would be - the guy said he was just taking my car through now. 15 minutes later he came to tell me there was a problem in that he could not find my tyre. I told him I had ordered on line, paid and received both an e-mail confirmation and a telephone confirmation of my order. He said normally they would have contacted head office but since it was a weekend they were closed so there was nothing he could do so I had no option but to wait for them to put my car back together again so I could leave. So I spent around an hour and a half hanging around and got nothing. Needless to say I am not happy. then to add insult to injury I have been trying to contact them this morning (Monday) and the number they gave me on the confirmation e-mail is unobtainable and the number for the Farnborough office does not answer
