strood formula 1 has always gone above and beyond for me or my fiancees car. Always trying to give the best advice on what options we have and which best ones to go through.

We took our car in for a master service and MOT. Phillip in reception kept us fully informed as to how the service was going. He will always try to save you money if further work is required. Our mechanic was Scott who serviced the car. We were very pleased with the level of service. We picked up the car earlier than expected complete with MOT certificate and service book stamped. This is my second annual service at this branch of Formula One Autocentres. Very happy with the Strood branch. Highly recommended 😃

So please we stumbled across this garage. My husbands car broke down in Morrisons over the road and we ended up being towed there. Was worried we could easily be ‘stitched up’ considering our predicament but Phil was fantastic and got the car back up and running. He kept us updated to what needs doing all the time too. Thank you.

Every time I've used these guys they have been pretty much perfect. Always helpful and offer alternative solutions when problems could be expensive. Would recommend them to anyone.

Car went in for MOT and unfortunately failed on the brake lines, agreed a price for work to be done. Staff are very friendly and helpful and nothing was a problem. Thank you Jeff for putting in the extra time to make sure our car was sorted by the end of today, in your own time for no extra cost. Definitely be use your company again

Car drives much better after getting my MOT and service done here with a list of things to fix which were completed for a good price and in good time. Friendly staff and great prices.

Can't fault these guys! Had a stuck locking wheel nut they worked throughout the day doing everything the could to remove it, and got it off and finished my car just 1 min before they closed! Then expecting a large labour bill on top of the initial quote, and not a lot was added to the bill at all compared to what I expected! 100% would recommend, great garage!

Used to be loyal customers to this garage with friendly staff, had one issue with customer service but a manager dealt with it. However called a few days ago to book a tyre replacement and someone answered the phone by saying "hold on" not even a hello or anything. Then could just hear him having a conversation with someone laughing and swearing as well. Waited over 5 minutes in the end gave up and hung up. Tried calling back again and no answer. Luckily found another garage so will be sticking with that one now.

Worst garage ever, avoid if you can, came in 9:30 am ,smell of alcohol of one of the staff, appointment was booked to check whats wrong with the car, they havent even put that appointment in a diary, but anyway was ok to check the car, after few hours came to pick it up, and been lied they have checked the car, where it wasnt even moved from where i parked I asked whats wrong with it they just told me they don’t know but something is really bad , very professional answer, i actually knew that myself� what a joke this company is. Avoid, avoid.

Went in for two tyres price was good but seriously nearly two hours to get it done and there were three people round a car being MOT'd at one point !

Needed a tyre repaired they repaired the tyre however a few days after driving my car a message came up saying can not locate tyre sensor I then took my car to ford and they said the tyre was fixed however the sensor was snapped off and formula one decided to use sticky tape to attach it back which obviously didn’t work and the broken sensor was moving around in the tyre this has cost me £80 to fix NOT IMPRESSED
