Went for a meal recently and got the most cheerful polite and helpful waitress ever - robyn - nothing was too much trouble - made our visit very enjoyable and carefree - keep up the good work !!

Love the choice of food and the service is outstanding! Definitely go again!

We was there today, food was good & the service was good, yes its a lot busier than when we normally visit Frankie & Benny's in Lockmeadow Maidstone on a weekday, so not surprised you cannot always get a table, but that's often a sign of a good place to eat, that they are sold out of tables.

Quite nice food, obviously they make a killing on refilling your drink. Stop the happy birthday crap every 10 minutes, and you might have something good.

Expensive. ..slow service. .. and they throw in the service charge..

We visited recently for breakfast, which I have had several times before and has always been good. They have a new section on the breakfast menu called "Luxury breakfasts" for £6.95. ( Compared to general £5.00 breakfast) My husband ordered "The Works Scrambler". Don't bother! It was supposed to be made with 3 scrambled eggs. It was barely two. It was greasy and the bacon was barely there. Nothing luxury about it at all. Certainly not worth the extra £1.95 he paid.
