We had 8 kids booked in for a birthday meal. When we arrived we were given free reign to decorate the the table in advance and made to feel that nothing was too much trouble. The kids were then treated to a pizza party which was hosted excellently by the staff who made sure everyone was involved. This meant the adults were able to leave everyone to it and didn't feel we constantly had to supervise.



The whole event lasted around 2hrs but it flew by without incident. At the end of which the children were all presented with certificates and left with smiles. I would highly recommend. Great value for money and highly attentive staff. Thank you.

Very very friendly staff lovely food even let the puppy 🐶 in the garden with our precautions for puppy’s mishaps and most importantly under standing my twins autism behaviour thank you 🙏🏼... can’t say the same about the eatery next door

From entering to receiving our meals was well within an acceptable time and, as we both completely cleared our plates, that would suggest there's nowt wrong with the food.

For the price paid and for the very polite service, will certainly consider a return visit at some time.

Took my daughter and her friend for lunch after a trip to the cinema, service was great, food lovely didn’t wait long at all even though resturant was busy. Lunch menu very reasonably priced. Would definitely go again

Treated kids before cinema,waited over 30 mins till food came and the chicken strips had been sat on the kitchen waiting area for 25 mins and so was the chips -not happy as then had to rush to cinema

Food and service better than reviews . Restaurant a bit shabby , but would go again...

Bit over priced for my liking. I ordered a full rack of ribs. Must have been a small animal. No side dressing just chips. Not in a hurry to return.

Went for lunch today to celebrate my daughters birthday, along with my son and granddaughter the food was very nice and reasonably priced. However the customer service from the blond haired waitress was shocking,she realised she had got our order slightly wrong and as approached she said I know! I know, I said I have only come to ask if you have any children's cutlery !! The waitress who took the payment was very nice and took time to talk to my granddaughter. I think some staff need a lesson in customer service skills Asap

Lunch menu is very reasonably priced and decent quality on this alone would have given it a 4* rating, however the rudeness of our Polish waitress (absolutely zero customer service - arguing with my mum and being snappy etc, not smiling and just basically being a miserable cow to put it bluntly) has made me give it a 2* rating.

I came here today for my birthday lunch, with my 2 year old, my mother and my brother. The foreign waitress with blonde hair was awful. Very rude, short, no customer service at all. Felt like we were a massive hindrance! Got our order wrong too. I do understand it was a new menu though. On the other hand the food was very nice and great value!

Just want to mention the other girl with brown hair and glasses, she was fabulous. Very warming and good customer service.

The only other down side was the wait for the food. Arrived at 12:30 and we only got our puddings close to 2pm.

literally every time i come here theres always some kind of problem, obviously it lies with the chefs as the food is always cold or stale. For example today it was cold dough balls so we sent them back and got another plate of stale dough balls. It was the kind of bread that you would throw to the ducks, i'd recommend any other f&bs such as middlebrook or trafford because they're always nice.

Waitress was lovely but the food was horrible the fish I had was soggy and the peas I could of bounced off the wall! Don't go there. And the time you wait for food is appalling.

Over £7 for two bottles of beer � and they had a Becks pump on the bar but no Becks in it. The steak was ordered medium but eventually came over cooked and inedible. When we complained nothing was offered to rectify the situation just a lame apology therefore loosing our custom for ever.

Ordered pepperoni supreme calzone which had very little pepperoni or ham but lots of chicken! If I'd have wanted chicken I'd have ordered it! And waiting for drinks is unnecessary when the place wasn't even full.

Last few times I’ve been here we have been sat near the back patio doors which is fine, it’s abit cold but it’s fine. When you are sat there you seem to be forgot about, both times they have forgot about our main meals. First time this happened I had to ask a waitress if we could pay for what we had, which was just starters and one drink each, as we waited over an hour for mains and they still didn’t come, when asking the girl who served us where they where she was really apologetic and said that this had never happened before and the kitchen staff where running behind.

Second time, we had our starters waited over an hour for mains (it wasn’t busy at all), I saw the kitchen staff cleaning the kitchen so I asked the MANAGER who was serving us where our mains where and she said she hadn’t put the order through, she then only knocked 20% off our bill and we had spent over 2 and a half hours there in total, whilst people around us had arrived received starters and main and had left.

Really think the staff situation needs addressing, maybe a mystery shopper going in to see how it really runs.

I went with my family today waited an hour for food no music so bad ampsher there was only one servicer and bless him he tryed his best why the manger talk and whip tables would not recommend it the best one round here is middlebrook

Don't bother. Told waiter our son had a peanut allergy when ordering his and our meals, about 20-30 mins later he came back to advise his order wasn't suitable and he had to pick something else which he did. About 5 minutes later our meals turned up, meaning my son was sat there with nothing whilst we had to start, we'd nearly finished when his meal eventually turned up. My other son didn't get vegetables on his plate which he had ordered and the medium rare steak I ordered came pretty much well done. All in all the whole experience was pretty lame and we won't be returning. Totally overrated!

Disgraceful service and attitude of staff. I had table booked, turned up early to be told nearly let your table go. Food was minimal. Steak was tough and chip size was disgraceful. All in all appalled. Will never venture here again!!!

Came here today at 4.30 today. I had steak. DONT order it!!!! Couldn’t even cut it. I ordered it as medium rear. Worst I have ever had! Toughest I’ve ever had!

Kids meals are really small my 5 year old could have eaten 3 of them and she’s not a big eater!! Grilled chicken came out with black grease all over it yuck! �

On other hand I had my stake replace with ribs and they were nice. Other half had pizza but not worth the money!

Very disappointed won’t go again! �
