Been a while since my last post, we've been so busy organising the menu, and sourcing some new ingredients.. but we will get there soon.
In the meantime were open 7am till 2pm Have you tried our GREEK dishes, come and relax in our little Mediterranean style outdoor area and enjoy an ice cold #Frapé while we prepare a nice fresh #Souvlaki with homemade #Tzatziki or maybe one of our signature God/Goddess Burgers or Subs all cooked to order with your choice of fresh salad, Slaw and chunky chips.. Hi everyone!!! So, we're on our way to expansion.. it's been a long time coming from our little dilapidated trailor, but the vision has always been to create a little slice of the Mediterranean in the most unusual place.. Soon we will be open evenings with a slightly different menu to breakfast and lunch... more to follow, with times, menu, prices etc...

Going away this summer? Some useful phrases, they go along way with the Greeks, ypu may end up getting a free Mythos or a Carafè of Krasi, Ritsina

What a fabulous weekend.. did we all have fun in the sun? Unfortunately, one of those rare occasions where I'm unable to open on time, will happen tomorrow, bank holiday rules and my baker doesn't open till 7am.. so I will open at 8am tomorrow, but back to normal on Wednesday..

So today were trying.out a different approach to our falafel burger... our original recipe was vegan, but now we're completely vegan and gluten free with this.. from the homemade Pattie the tzatziki sauce and the bun is all gluten free... we've tried out a few bakers for the bun and now settled on one.. This completely gluten, meat and dairy free dish is available now.

Yummy scrummy breakfasts, halloumi in a bap and speciality lunches all five star. The best of the best. Top quality food and great staff. Nit what you would expect to find in a snack bar on a trading estate. Will always recommmend.

You will not find better food than fredis anywhere in the southeast and great price's,it's more than just a snack bar,real friendly staff and plenty of banter with Fred

There is more to this guy than bacon butties and mugs of tea. His burgers are amazing and are definitely not from the local catering suppliers. I've eaten his food several times and find something new to try every visit. Amazing food.

My friend and I visited today after reading good things about the food. We were definitely not disappointed, the food was delicious and Fredi was charming and attentive. Can't wait to go back!

Literally my favourite place to eat!!! Everything is amazing which makes choosing something off the menu almost impossible.

Just had the gluten free falafel burger and I have died and gone to food heaven. I look forward to trying the Moroccan Roulade next. Thanks Fredi for such amazing food as always.

First time visit to this snack bar. Food was fantastic, really friendly service. And everything was spotless ( I'm OCD with food and germs ) will most definitely visiting again �

Finally got to try the food here after hearing good reviews.... absolutely lovely... had a meat free sub full of Halloumi, peppers, mushrooms and salad which was perfect, I would recommend for everyone but it was great to have some veggie choices at a snack bar � Will definatly be back!! All the staff are so friendly and the price is great for the food you get! Thanks!!x
