Freedom Of Movement Description
Freedom of Movement
(established 2007)
focuses on delivering outstanding gymnastics education, in schools and clubs across the South of England. We have a long track record of forming excellent working relationships with our venues and delivering fun learning sessions, which develop confidence and stimulate self-improvement.
Our main focus is on the development of skills in the Freestyle Gymnastics, Parkour, Free-running and Tumbling disciplines. We also have a number of excellent Recreational Gymnastics coaches.
All of our coaches are fully qualified and insured by British Gymnastics (BG) and have full DBS clearance to work wth children.
We pride ourselves on delivering a quality service and we are confident that we can surpass your expectations.

We are opening new session in Woodley @ Bulmershe Gymnastics Club on Fridays 8.15-9.45pm from 7th September (10+) - all levels are welcome to attend! This session is going to be mix of Parkour & Tumbling skills- You don't want to miss that! Due to high demand at Fitzharrys School (Abingdon) we are adding one more Parkour ses...sion on Tuesdays 7.15-8.15pm for 9+ children. My son suffers with quite significant social anxieties and Michael has been really amazing. He allowed us to sit and watch for quite a few weeks before my son felt comfortable enough to join in. At no point was there any pressure, just lots of encouragement and a big smile.
It brought a tear to my eye to actually watch my son complete a session today.

Michal really does get the best out of every child. In one class he had my eldest daughter achieving things that she never thought she would be able to do. She is buzzing with confidence and loves her tumbling and parkour classes. We just need more girls doing parkour!! It's a very boy dominated sport at the minute so please get your girls involved. My daughter is 10 and is close to getting her wall flip. She couldn't be happier.
My 7 & 6 year old daughter's do the younger parkour class and absolutely love it too. There is a free trial session for anyone interested so just come and have a go!
Michal Rosiak has been coaching my Son for the last 4 years and his passion for freestyle gymnastics is simply contagious! ;) Very kind, patient and understanding trainer, focusing 100% attention on children!
Great classes and supportive, fun coaching style. Son has enjoyed all his sessions and keen to do more! What more can one ask for?
