The objective of Functional Safety Consultancy Limited (FSCL) is to provide Functional solutions and services in accordance with international standards IEC 61508 and IEC 61511. With experience gained working with (and as) end users, Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) companies and system integrators. FSCL has the underpinning knowledge of Functional Safety standards and has gained significant experience in its application; subsequently we are competent in providing practical solutions that emphasis the application of appropriate level of rigour. Our solutions and services are tried and tested, implemented by major operators in the process industry and accepted by regulating bodies including the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).
