Would you believe these three 5-week old lambs are being reared by just one Texel ewe, no supplements, no top-up bottles. They’ve also gained over 8kg each!

Had the lambs in to give their first dose of Hep P, weighed them too....the majority have more than tripled their birth weight. The best of the bunch was 5.9kg at birth and 4 weeks later is weighing in at 18kg 👍

Had a few busy evenings thanks to the ewes deciding to only lamb between 9pm and midnight....

Started off well today with 6th in the novice class with our boy Gamocs Bobby but unfortunately pretty much all the buyers had gone by the time they reached us at the end of the catalogue so back home the young man came!

On our way to Welshpool for our very first Premier Texel Sale...
