I spotted an item via Facebook ad and initially dismissed it as either poor quality or too high in price. Curiosity and love for the item (large outside star mat) had me clicking to the website. Thank goodness I did! Within 48 I am now the proud owner of said mat and a very happy customer! I also got a free gift which was really sweet. Thank you @gardentrading for being excellent on all levels!

I really like the products and have bought a lot of the charcoal range to furnish my shepherd hut-it looks lovely but it is the good quality of the items that has made it very stylish

I ordered from here at first I thought the company was expensive but compared to other's it's not, it's good quality at reasonable prices and different I will definitely be ordering from here again, love the Scandinavian style �

I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service at Garden Trading. I have had two occasions when I have needed to contact them and they are so helpful and accommodating. I contacted them via email yesterday morning about a cracked collar on the bulb fitting of my rise and fall pendant light - I simply wanted to know if they could supply me with a new one as I couldn't find one online. They were very apologetic about this having happened to the light and I am now sat here with a brand new light which was delivered at 8.00am this morning!



It makes you want to shop with companies like this and they certainly have my trust and respect. Would highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service. I wanted to buy some gift vouchers but felt that the £4.95 delivery charge was a bit steep for a few bits of paper. I emailed Garden Trading and within no time at all, the website had been updated and the delivery charge for gift vouchers was removed altogether. Thanks for listening Garden Trading.

Excellent customer service. I bought a Garden Trading outside light from a distributor, lost a small part during installation, rang Garden Trading for help and received a replacement the next day. Much appreciated.

Terrible delivery service through DPD. On second attempt to delivery (1st attempt I took a day off work) on a beautiful BH Saturday (8am-5pm), no hour time slot given. It’s now 16.08 and I have tried ringing x3 and held for over 30 minutes. Garden Trading don’t operate Customer Services at the weekend so I can’t even contact them �. Such a waste of time. I can’t be bothered now and will be asking for a refund on Monday.....customers are obviously not a priority? What retail company in the 21st century doesn’t take calls on a Saturday??? Rather go to John Lewis.....

Not impressed with the standard of the outdoor light we bought. Poor workmanship and overall quality of the product was very disappointing.
