This simple add on raises your casters off the ground and gives you a single larger front wheel. It decreases rolling resistance and and takes the strain out of pushing over uneven surfaces. Coupled with a pair of mountain bike tyres the Freewheel will help you make quick work of even gravel! It simply and quickly clicks on to the footplate of your rigid chair or via an attachment if you have swing away footplates. You can try Stricker Handbikes Neodrive at GBL Wheelchairs. It's motor from Alber provides fast, smooth acceleration from stationary. A unique feature of this bike is its motor brake. When you select the 'braking assistant' gear the Neodrive controls your deceleration while recharging the battery allowing you to travel further. The Panthera Wheelchairs U3 is a lightweight and adjustable rigid wheelchair available from GBL Wheelchairs. It is made from a chrome molybdenum chassis and weighs from 4.4kg (excluding wheels). Its tapered front and steeper footrest angle give a more active look. The U3 starts from £1795 and comes with titanium handrims and a titanium footrest as standard.

We visited you today after many recommendations and we were not disappointed. Our daughter Millie is a wheelchair user and had a great time test driving much lighter wheelchairs than what she's used to you. It's nice to have honest views and opinions, many of the staff at GBL are wheelchair users and therefore are living it, which for us is priceless. We use GBL for our active user assessments here at NHS Hounslow Wheelchair Service. Our service and service users have always had fantastic service and we have had great feedback about the equipment range and expertise. Definitely recommend to other NHS providers.

We have just left GBL Wheelchairs and for the first time since mY partner's injury we feel like there's someone on our team. The knowledge is outstanding, couldn't do enough for us and is helping us to create a specialist chair that suits our needs. At no point we were being upsold.... instead just given excellent and real world practical advice. We've spent months searching for someone who could help us and finally feel today that we've found a brilliant source of knowledge and support. THANK YOU

Great level of service, only went for a fitting for my new chair but they fixed my old one on the spot! Quality service guys keep it up!

Quite simply the only place to go in the country for all things wheelchair and mobility related, there is nothing that I have asked for that this team hasn't provided me with, chairs, bikes, bags, off road chairs, bespoke day and basketball chairs, sundries, portable ramps, it's a bit like a specialist shop for adults with all of the great equipment and chair choices to try out it really is like a shopping haven! The only issue is I could literally buy everything I see, different chair for every activity and also great for events matching wheels and accessories for travel, the list is endless.........fabulous place!

I bought 2 absolutely wonderful Panthera wheelchairs from GBL years ago. Always experienced knowledgeable and friendly service. Phoned last week to get new inner tubes and the person I spoke took the time to look up old records to ensure inner tubes sent were the right size and to call me back quickly so that I could get receive them speedily. Thank you, such friendly, helpful service makes such a difference
