We were staying down the road at another hotel, there evening menu was not very exciting, so we booked in here for our evening meal, I couldn’t fault it it was lovely all in our party enjoyed the food, staff could not do enough for us, there’s a great atmosphere & a lot of history would definitely book again & this time stay at the hotel.

This was a present from our daughter, we hadnt been here before. The staff where very welcoming & friendly. Big shout out for Kody she was great, also telling us some of the stories about the Inn. The food was very nicely presented & tasted great.will definitely be going back again.

The team at the George catered for my wedding and I was amazed by their professionalism and hard work. They produced a beautiful three course meal, with individual menu choices, for over 100 people. They also ran the rest of the reception perfectly, including afternoon drinks, cake and evening bar. Their food is amazing!
