1936 Rolls-Royce 25/30 by Windovers
Reputedly 1 of just 6 Rolls-Royce 25/30s to be bodied to this design by Windovers. Just two owners since owners since 1984. This charming long chassis 25/30 is finished in Cream over Brown and trimmed in Brown leather. Its Windovers Saloon body includes a Division and 'MJK 377' is thought to be one of just six Rolls-Royce 25/30s clothed to this design. It was supplied new on October 20, 1936 to W Johnson of the Basset confectionary company.... The suitably impressive specification includes Marchal headlamps, twin spare wheels, chrome luggage rack, GB plate and rear cocktail cabinet. This wonderful, and very unusual Windovers design features a fantastic, folding step mechanism to all four doors. As the door opens the step folds down flat with absolute millimetric perfection. Other interesting features include an opening rear windscreen and fitting compartments in the rear for stationary and other accessories. Recent work has included overhauling both kingpins, repair one shot unions, supply and fit period style seatbelts front and rear (over £3,000) and other regular maintenance and servicing. The car is presented in very good condition throughout and mechanically spot on. Sold fully serviced.

1986 Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit
1986 Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit finished in Royal Blue with magnolia hide interior piped Blue. Having covered just 60,968 miles from new and having had only 3 former keepers this, last of the carburettor Silver Spirits, is offered in truly outstanding condition throughout. The car was maintained by Rolls-Royce main agents from new right up until 2011, more often than not being serviced twice a year but always at least once. Present in the histo...ry file are two fully stamped service books with a total of 36 service stamps from the likes of Jack Barclay, Broughtons of Cheltenham and more recently Bentley Cardiff. Since 2011 the car has been regularly serviced by a local specialist and the invoices for this are also present in the history file. The 200 mile journey the car made to our showroom was an utter joy with the car performing faultlessly. This perfectly maintained example really does feel factory fresh out on the road and cosmetically too, one can scarcely believe it is approaching its 32 birthday having first been registered on the 17th October 1986. A wonderful example, not to be missed.

1976 Rolls-Royce Corniche FHC
1976 Rolls-Royce Corniche FHC finished in Midnight Blue with Blue everflex roof. The interior is trimmed in Dark Blue hide with matching Wilton carpets and lambs wool over rugs and is wonderfully original, still retaining the period Blaupunkt radio and cassette. The burr walnut veneer is beautifully figured and in exceptional condition and the whole interior has that correct 'Rolls-Royce smell' which is so often missing. In the boot the original ...toolkit is present and full as well as the bag for jack and large tools, the boot is carpeted in Grey Wilton with a fitted Grey lamps wool over rug. This scarce motor car has covered just 83,000 miles from new with full service history going back to 1980 when we first serviced her. We continued the servicing right up to 2008 along with other Rolls-Royce specialists with an invoice present for almost every year between 1980 - 2008. Throughout this period the car has just 3 owners all within a 15 mile radius of each other in Hampstead and Kensington. In 2008 we sold the car to a German collector who used the car for European touring and kept it maintained by a specialist in Germany. After a short spell in a large UK based private collection, we are delighted to offer this stunning Corniche for sale having known her for so long. She runs and drives beautifully, benefiting from SU carburettors rather than the troublesome Solex which was introduced a few month after this car was built. A scarce opportunity to purchase such a wonderfully maintained example of these scarce and highly collectible cars.

1934 Rolls-Royce Phantom II Limousine By Park Ward
1934 Rolls-Royce Phantom II Limousine by Park Ward finished in two tone Blue with Black hide interior. She was delivered to a Mr. H. L. Coghlan on the 3rd of July in 1934 via Rawlence Cass. She was sold to a Dr. F.H. Humphris on the 18 February 1938 who kept the car throughout the war. After the war AVX 55 passed through private hands and into a Museum. She was exhibited at the Rolls Royce Museum in Dornbirn, Austria for 25 y...ears. The late owner of the museum, Mr. Franz Vonier, took her into his own private collection and used her for shows and touring. Eventually the car went back into the Museum where it stood among 130 other pre war Rolls-Royce and Bentley's. In 2011 the car had a new cylinder head fitted prior to its delivery to its last keeper who was only the 4th private individual to own the car since it was new. The car runs and drives beautifully with the 'D' steering wheel position making her a very comfortable tourer. The interior is wonderfully original, still retaining the original Black hide which is beautifully aged and and soft due to years of correct feeding. Overall a very attractive Phantom II which is ready to be used and enjoyed.

We are delighted to offer this 1909 Rolls-Royce 40/50hp Silver Ghost Tourer
1909 Rolls-Royce Silver Ghost Tourer with Roi-des-belges style coachwork. Delivered via L.C Seligmann to R.A Munn, a civil engineer and marine Superintendent to the Union castle line. Winner of the Stockbridge hill climbing trial in May 1914. In 1919 the car was purchased by Hurbert Scott-paine, founder of the Supermarine company, aircraft and boat designer, record-breaking power boat racer, entrepren...eur, inventor, and sponsor of the winning entry in the 1922 Schneider Trophy. In recent years the car has toured all around Europe and is a dated member of the veteran car club. The last gentleman owner has owned the car since 1966 along with another Silver Ghost thus this car has not be on the market for 53 years. This is a wonderful example of a pre war Silver Ghost with some beautiful period features such as the original gas headlamps and paraffin side lamps, running and driving beautifully. 1955 Rolls-Royce Silver Wraith Hooper Touring Limousine
1955 Rolls-Royce Silver Wraith Hooper Touring Limousine design number 8422, this is the only Silver Wraith to be built to this supremely elegant 4 light design. And this very car, chassis number DLW13, is pictured in Rolls-Royce The Elegance Continues on Page 106
The stunning coachwork is finished in Green over Cream with deep Green hide interior. The car received a chassis up restoration which was a joint project b...etween two Rolls-Royce specialists in London, this was completed 5 years ago before the car was shipped to Sweden where it was owned and showed by the chairman of the Swedish section of the RREC, he frequently used the car for rallies over the summer and kept the car maintained to the highest possible standard. We have known this wonderful motorcar since 1989, the owner was one, Mr Ceder Esq of Danver Street Mayfair, London. Whilst in Mr Ceders ownership the car carried the registration number RH1, a gift from Sir Winston Churchill. This stunning motor car runs and drives beautifully being equipped with the larger 4.9 litre engine coupled to a smooth automatic gearbox. We fitted a hydraulic power steering system to the car a few years ago and thus it really does drive like a much later car. Every element about this Silver Wraith is exceptional.
Mr Ceder was a great help to Sir Winston Churchill during the Second World War, converting all of his factories to produce armaments for the war effort. At the end of the war Mr Ceder was called to Churchill's office where he was asked whether he would like something in reward for the work he had carried out. Churchill was under the impression the Mr Ceder would ask for an OBE or Knighthood or an honour, however Mr Ceder was a very modest gentleman. That said, he did love his Rolls-Royce so he asked Churchill for a special registration number, much obliged, Churchill managed to source for him RH 1 (Royal Highness 1) which proudly graced this Silver Wraith for many many years. Years later Rex Harrison offered Mr Ceder £1000,000 for this number plates, Mr Harrison was told that in no uncertain terms that his number would never be sold. Unfortunately when Mr Ceder passed away the registration number was sold by his family. A great shame when considering how much history is attached to it.
This is probably the finest Silver Wraith one can buy.
