LETS TALK PERMS .. Is the perm out dated? Does the 80’s reputation hold you back from volumising your hair? Every stylist and every client will have their own opinion on this.. My h...usband wanted to grow his hair a bit longer, his hair was flat and lifeless with out actually blowdrying it everyday it just hangs down, so with placement perming rods throughout the top ( large ones just to create a bend).
