Here at Glossop Awnings we are happy to announce that we will be taking part in a healthier January in support of the Reuben's Retreat charity!
Starting tomorrow regular updates will be posted of the Manager on our Oxygen Bicycles to and from work, also of any progress made and any donation to help our local charity will be greatly appreciated. Donations can be made through the link to the GoFundMe page and we look forward to posting videos and pictures of the activities throughout the month.

We were that impressed with Dominic that we decided in February this year we were going to purchase our New Caravan & awning from Glossop caravans. We choose the new 2018 Buccaneer Barracuda which was delivered 2 weeks ago and sited and once again Dominic-erected our New Isabella Penta 30 another brilliant job by Dominic.

I would also like to say a huge thank you to Rob, Clare , Phil for a smooth and effortless purchase & handover appertaining to our caravan. A big thank you also goes to Steve who delivered & sited our van great job. And last but not least thank you Dominic we can't thank you enough for everything you have done .

As our first purchase from Glossop caravans - we will definitely recommend them to anybody who is thinking of purchasing A caravan, awning, etc due Dominic put our awning up - (pictured above) nothing is to much trouble for him - he knows his stuff he as advised us from day 1 - last year when we had our 1st Isabella awning sold to us by Dominic we were so impressed with his work we recommended him to our friends who also purchased the same awning which Dominic erected for them.

Was unsure of when my Order would arrive so rang the company. Staff polite and helpful. I was given a tracking number so that I could track my order. Handy.



Ordered Kalari 2 520 air awnings late last Thursday and my order arrived lunchtime Monday. Super speedy delivery, thanks.



Better price than all the other companies and so was able to buy a few extras.

Very pleased with Glossop Awnings. Purchased all our awnings from here, and we have had quite a few over the years, always had a good deal and have been looked after by Dominic & Lee

Unfortunately got sent the wrong size awning but CustomerService did an awesome job of sorting it all out received the right awning within 24 hours so happy a special thanks goes to Dominic who made it all happen, would definitely recommend purchasing an awning from this company

Just found our new awning is minus its poles - rang (Dominic) and replacements will be sent by courier for delivery tomorrow - holiday starts Saturday so cutting it fine! We bought the awning in January and it remained unchecked until now, our fault - yes, but nevertheless, the service we have received is second to none. Cannot praise this company enough. Marvellous.

I must admit, having read the most recent reviews on here I was really quite concerned, having just ordered a full size awning online. However, I am very happy to say that it arrived today (Tuesday) having only been ordered on Friday afternoon - can't complain about that! Thank you!

I have purchased a couple of awnings over the years from Glossop Awnings with no problems whatsoever. The latest being a Kampa Air Awning at a fantastic price. All delivered in superfast time and all perfect. I fully recommend this company.

Dealt with Dominic twice for Sunncamp products. Knowledgeable and professional service and on both occasions the orders have arrived in Aberdeen at Lunchtime the day after ordering. Much appreciated and highly recommended!

Can’t thank Glossop Awnings enough. We lost our awning in 100 mile an hour winds last month. There was nothing we could do to save it. We ordered one from Glossop Awnings and had the best customer service. They were very understanding of our needs and were great with awning options. We now have our new one all set up and we couldn’t be happier. Thanks guys. You’re brilliant.

Brilliant customer service. Was unsure of the size awning to buy for our van as the handbook said one thing and Internet the other. Went with the advise from the team at Glossop and it fits perfect. Thank you.

Big up and thanks to Chris at Glossop Awnings for sorting replacement air beams for our Vango especially as Vango wouldn’t deal with me direct. Afraid I can’t recommend the Vango AirBeam technology as they pretty much burst like children’s balloons and cost a fortune to buy if you want spares £35 is a joke

Big thank you to Dominic and the team of lads who went out of their way to help replace our Awning it was boiling hot on their second floor but didn't stop them going out of their way to lay out two full size Awning for us

Unfortunately dreadful customer service, having bought an awning from Glossops at the NEC Caravan show, they have not replied to one email or phone call since April, bradcot awnings replaced our first faulty air awning, which they confirmed had two faults, but the second also deflated within 6 days. Despite phone calls and emails to both Rebecca in the awning department and Ralph Thorman, the General Manager of Glossops we have never once received a call back or email, it's now nearly the end of June!



We have been in contact with Bradcot both Mark Kirkland and Martin Fawcett and although they will agree to replace the awning bladder again, we do not want this, we have no faith in the integrity of their product and require a refund, they have had two chances.



To date we have missed breaks planned due to the awning problem, which they have been informed of and still no response.

Should have been delivered within 7 days and started to chase them at 10 days when no delivery. Sent 2 emails and one online message with no response what so ever. Tried ringing them but was cut off. Like previous comment would have given Zero if could. Customer Service very very bad. Have now had it delivered direct from supplier and still nothing from them

Received very poor service from Glossop Awnings. Totally unapologetic and terse when I contacted them to enquire where our awning was after over 2 weeks of waiting. Shocked at their level of customer service. Wrote to complain today to the manager and guess what ..no response. Didn’t really think companies like this still existed. Have since received contact from Glossop Caravans who seem to actually care. Wouldn’t order from GA again.

If II could have given them '0 stars' I would and that would be too many! It's now been over 2-years since I started communications with this lot. Not only did they sell me a 'second' and pass it off as new, they left me to sort out all of the problems with it myself. I have tried escalating the problem to the new Awning Dept. manager and also a senior manager (presumably a board member?). I haven't even had the courtesy of a response. As I've said before their customer service is non-existent. You would be well advised to but your caravan/awning from elsewhere.



My next step is to talk to trading standards and if necessary take them to the small claims court....

Happily took our money at NEC for an Vango awning we were guaranteed there would be no problems and would be delivered in 2weeks. Rang in two weeks to be told they don't have any in stock and us and 20 others who order at the NEC would not receive our order. missed out on other offers available we could of taken. Thank you very much!! When queried why it had taken this long it was because he hadnt had time to call!! Completely miss sold completely let down

Dreadful service. Awning ordered, paid in full 4 working days before delivery, funds taken from my account, delivery arranged but no receipt.... Didn't turn up on day arranged, phoned to enquire, not even on system.... Terrible service
