Really sorry for the late notice. However the council forgot to inform me that I will not be able to use the field tomorrow as it’s all been fenced off for the Thai festival. Really sorry, but will be back to normal next weekend.

With the slight chance of rain tomorrow morning. Let’s all celebrate it, get ourselves down to the burys field and enjoy a bootcamp. See you 8am

Hey everyone. We are sorry to announce due to lack of numbers, the only bootcamp we will be keeping on is the Saturday morning at 8am. We hope to see as many of you there to enjoy the Saturday session with us.

There will be no boot camp this lunchtime as the gym is having its grand opening. Feel free to come down and have a look around at the gym from 12-2 during our party.

Great sessions run by this crew. They’ll get you fit in no time. Size of bootcamp to instructor ratio is good and they’re quick to step in to make sure you’re doing exercises safely (or if you’re beginning to slack, if you’re anything like me...!) Great job guys!
