Top coaching, hard training, great atmosphere and ethos. My daughter and I both train with Ebe, this is a family club, but expect to be pushed and challenged.

The endless positive coaching and motivation from both coach Ebe and team members really helps. Everyone is respected and treated as an equal regardless of their ability or time with the club. It is all about making an effort and trying your best. You are encouraged to push your personal limits and it is challenging but rewarding. Expect to push yourself and leave your ego and comfort zone at home as neither is required to train at this club. Training with the team members forms great bonds and expect to make new friends whom will support you on your journey.

No words can express how fantastic Ebe and his team are. I have not seen a better, more rounded educarional self defence for kids and adults than Ebe's academy, anywhere. A man with a heart made of gold. Big thank you sir

Excellent place to train with a diverse, open and very accomodating crew of skilled people always willing to help, direct and guide!

Ebe is a great teacher and really knows how to cater for individual needs of his students, even in relatively large groups. He is a great motivator and I saw progress in my fitness as well as ability to defend myself and thinner waist. No day is the same when you train here and the crew is very friendly. You will learn a lot from Ebe and from students too, who are always glad to help. Try it, you will love it! �����

Brilliant atmosphere, excellent training. Highly recommend for all abilities.
