Graftons has a new member of staff - Welcome Isla. A quick learner. Very polite and courteous! Not great at typing and a bit of an attention seeker.

Brackley Festival of Motorcycling was amazing! It was so good that I forgot to take many photos. If anyone else was there please feel free to add your photos in a comment below!

Very busy but still found time to answer all my Africa Twin questions. Very helpful.

Lovely bunch of people, they certainly know their stuff when it comes to bikes!

I had a lovely experience at Honda Grafton Gate, the lady behind the counter also the sales gentlemen made me feel really welcome. Good selection of bikes new & used. Thumbs up from me.

I first visited Grafton Honda in March 2018 to get my Honda Varadero 125 MOT’d



The hospitality and service I received were first class. The staff had all the time in the world for me.



At that time, I enquired about rider training and was advised that they were about to open a new school in Milton Keynes.



I was so impressed with the courteous service at Grafton Honda that I decided to wait for their new base to open. It was worth the wait! Once again, the service has been outstanding, the bikes are modern; brand new in fact and the training has been done to a high professional standard.



Whilst I had no issues with the company that did my CBT (they were great too) I would recommend Grafton Honda without hesitation.

Been going to Graftons for years, staff always keen, eager and happy to please. I only made a purchase this year and tbh I am so glad that my money went their way. Many thanks all, you are lovely people and a credit to the Honda brand. Many thanks to all and see you soon 👍

Very disappointing visit. We felt as though we were a nuisance to the male member of staff in particular (who clearly wasn't bothered about our custom or needs for a bike) all he was bothered about was how much were we willing to pay and when told about the same bike in a different honda dealership (this bike being cheaper) he was set back. Not a nice vibe in general considering we had also been to a BMW dealership in the same day and had a brilliant experience. I wouldn't reccomend this place based on customer service!
