I live in New Zealand now and I got back in touch with them to ask if they could make a new one for me to collect when I was over a few months later. I've brought a few rings and a pendant to be remodelled.

What I wanted was a bit unusual but Caius and his team have done some amazing work. Particular my latest tourmaline ring, I can't ask for better! Exactly what I envisage, or better in fact.

Fabulous shop! Came to the lanes to chose my engagement ring and everyone in the shop was so helpful and friendly and amended the ring exactly as I wanted it! Made all the effort to make the changes as quickly as possible and couldn't do more to help! Also loved that they were not pushy at all and didn't do a hard sale! They stood back and let me decide! Definitely come here and even if the ring isn't exactly what you want they will alter any way you ask!

Fabulous service in grains of gold - on a day out in Brighton my husbands wedding ring needed stretching (22 yrs has taken it's toll!) they did it within 3hrs polished it to look like new and then polished my rings FOC we look like newlyweds!!

Could not recommended these highly enough. A couple of weeks ago I knocked my hand and my ring squashed on my finger. Came across this jeweller's who were so friendly, kind, caring and most helpful. My little girl was so upset and concerned that they were cutting the ring off, she became very upset and they were so comforting to her as well.
