As you become more active you should ideally increase the amount of water you take on board. This is important, especially in children and adolescents.
For Infants just a few sips throughout the day is sufficient, Any more can fill up the little space they have for breast milk or formula. Whilst children between the ages of 4 to 13 should drink between 1 liter to 1.7 liters of water per day depending on their age and gender. Adult Men however need roughly 3 liters of water while women require about 2.2 liters a day.

great fun for the kids... and the adults! I especially loved seeing my nearly 50 year old friend projectile off of one of the bouncy walls and onto her arse! The foam pit was great fun too! Great fitness and the kids slept well that night! We went to a late slot and it wasn't very busy!

We came for the first time today for our sons 7th birthday, and i have to say a Huge Thank you to the younh lad and the lady who i can only pressume is the manager for looking after my son after he hurt his ankle.

The staff where brilliant they acted proffesionally and quickly to access and calm him. Talking to him to distract him and administering first aid. Nothing was a problem they got all they boys water and even gave my son a jump pass to return again when they realised its his birthday. We managed to enjoy the rest of our time and the food service was quick and all 3 of my boys had a brilliant morning

Once again thank you for everything, we will return again soon

The membership is a fantastic way to enjoy this place a bit more. The kids love this place and the staff are lovely.

My son had his birthday party yesterday and everything was so well taken care of. Named water bottles, shoes delivered to party room, assistance in wrapping cake up.



I could not fault the service. We also bought the party bags which are good.

Staying in the Guildford area for a week we decided to take our 11 & 7 year old. We were met by a very pleasant and friendly young lady on reception, who got us booked in for 10am although we were running a little later than the expected 20- 30 minutes before. We arrived in time for the safety video and off we went. My eldest being a confident Gymnast loved it and took advantage of all the available areas, myself and my youngest were not so confident but still had a fun time. Staff were friendly and approachable, it was a great first experience for us all!

Staff are friendly! I did the little tots session and my daughter loves it! I like the fact the children can use all the trampolines. Very nice will definitely return. Prices are good.

You do have to buy your socks but at £2 for a pair it’s not bad at all!

Really happy with customer service that was provided to me..Went out of there way to call me at 9pm to book a family session as the website was down..Quick response ...Really lovely man named Luke..We had a great time ..Would highly recommend -Will be back

Omg I went gravity force for the first time yesterday an I loved it �� was so much fun loads to do very safe clean and friendly � the best and most fun way to get exercise � I’m definitely getting a membership ASAP

My son and his friends love Gravity Force especially the dodge ball court! We come from Guildford as we find Airhop dirty, smelly and very hot!! Gravity force on all 5 occassions we have been you have always been very professional, clean (especially the toilets! thank you :) and smell free. Definitely deserves 5 STARS from us!!!

It was an inset day with 7 x 11/12 year old boys so what do they want to do, go to Gravity Force in Camberley as they love it. As it was quiet we did an hour and then asked for 'bounce back' and got a second hour for £5 and they were worn out and I had a coffee with their Mums. What's not to like, if they are happy then we are happy and it was quiet. Might be worth targeting school inset days in local area with a special offer or advertising bounce back, I only knew about that as one of friends had done it previously. Thanks

I came here with my friends boys who are 8 last Saturday 16th June. I had never been here before however the boys had with their parents.

We were greeted at the desk with a warm and courteous reception and advised clearly of what we should do wait in the cafe area for an announcement when we would be required to attend a safety brief.

The safety brief was clear and professional and the boys then scampered out for an hour of fun.

From reception to the brief to the team out on the floor, to the cafe ..it was friendly, professional and I felt completely confident in the staff in every way.

They were all fantastic and a credit to the Manager and Gravity Force itself.

Took our granddaughters age 7 & 4 for the first time on Sunday 26 March for the 10am session. They loved it, it wasn't too busy so we weren't worried about them being knocked over. The only complaint was that there was a door left open in the cafe area, so it was very cold for the half hour we waited for the session to begin. I can understand why the place is kept quite cool, otherwise there would be a lot of overheated jumpers. Will bring warmer clothing next time :-)

Enjoyed the Gravity Fit class, instructor was welcoming and explained what we were going to do each time, lots of drink breaks and a warm up and warm down at the beginning and end of the session. Was a lot of fun despite being quite intense at times because it was my first time doing the class. Will definitely be back for more sessions.

The staff need to show more respect to the children. When a twelve year old is told he’s not allowed to do the very thing he came here to practice, being given ‘because you’re not’ as a reason is not acceptable. Just because they’re children doesn’t mean they don’t deserve to be given a sensible answer.

As for only being insured to wear your own branded socks, this is a complete con. As we’re highly unlikely to come back after today they won’t be used again.

The staff are great and are very helpful - the prices are as extreme as the jump area! You have to pay for a locker, pay for socks, a remarkably average hot dog cost me roughly the same as my house. And the place looked like it hadn’t seen a hover in its life. Yet another example of someone hitting on a great idea and then rinsing parents for every single penny they have. If you wanna jump about then it’s great. If you don’t want to feel like you’ve been mugged don’t bring any valuables - oh and I would say bring some drinks and sandwiches but you are only allowed to eat food you have bought there. I assume this is because the nine exsistent cleaner can’t cope with normal cheap waste.

My daughter’s shoes were stolen at the facility! Staff very unhelpful in order to help to look for the shoes. ( don’t they have cctv? Can’t they see who took them and possibly call them to give it back?) All they could do is to point at the sign stating that shoes are left on people’s own risk. Disgusted, how anyone could take kid’s shoes! One very sad daughter �
