Warkworth Christmas Lights will be switched on next Friday 23rd November (usually about 6pm). This is traditionally a very busy evening in the shop between 6pm & 8pm, so if you are coming along to savour the atmosphere we will be serving Christmas refreshments from 4pm. Arrive early and beat the rush!

Tim easily has the best selection of scarfs and accesories at the best possible price in the north east. All his staff are fantastic and a real pleasure to deal with. They all go above and beyond to ensure you have a pleasant shopping experience. Gray's needs to be added to all the tourist maps as its a real reason to visit Warkworth! All Tim and his team need now is a TV series!

Lundgren Tours, a new company offering a guided coach tour is coming to Warkworth and will be promoting Grays as a shop selling luxury items at affordable prices. Tour starts tomorrow and will be visiting Warkworth every Tuesday and Wednesday in August

Lovely shop in a fab village. The staff are so friendly and can't be helpful enough. Everything is so well presented and beautifully wrapped. I wouldn't visit Warkworth without popping in and I wouldn't buy scarves anywhere else!

I was introduced to this lovely shop last month. I returned a couple of weeks ago and purchased two lovely bracelets but was disappointed on Sunday when one of them snapped. I text the shop via messenger and received a prompt response from Tim who advised he would send a replacement on Monday. I have today received TWO gorgeous bracelets so I just want to say a massive thank you to Tim for his generosity and the efficient service he provided. Very much appreciated :-)

I visited here today for the first time, this shop is amazing, everything is so well presented and so affordable. I can't wait to return and to order on line, what a wonderful find, and the lady who served me today is super friendly :)

I too love this shop and every time we holiday in the area I visit here and go home with some new scarves, one or two pieces of jewellery and occasionally a bag � it just so happens that our next holiday starts on Monday!! So looking forward to doing some shopping ��

The merchandise is great quality and reasonable.

The customer care is fantastic.

It's the little things they do that make it.

They gift wrap for free, they make you feel as if you are important to them.

I heard the manager tell an older woman that he would get her a seat if she needed it , there's a free chocolate if you want one .He offered to let my sister use his laptop when she couldn't get a signal on her phone.

There are a lot of businesses out there who should visit this shop and see how its done.

I love this shop! Warkworth is always on my to do list when I come up and spend time with my family and I always make sure I have spending money for shopping in Gray’s! I literally could spend a fortune in there, I have quite a few of the bags, scarfs and I adore the jewellery, I love that everything is gift wrapped for you so perfect for giving as presents � not forgetting all of those presents for me!! I emailed the store about getting another pair of earrings that I got last year and would like another pair and Tim emailed me straight away to say they have a pair your online store is great but I cannot wait to come back at the end of the summer and indulge myself in your shop again!

I have visited Grays every year for the past few years whilst on holiday to buy gifts,really lovely shop ,very welcoming, super prices and excellent customer service. I can't visit this year....do you do online sales ?

I have just visited today 10th Aug 2015, a neighbour took my mam and me (second visit for mam with the neighbour) and the shop is absolutely amazing lots of lovely jewellery to choose from and the scarfs are delightful and soooooo hard to choose one, the staff are lovely and helpful and I can't wait to go back x

I don't manage to get there very often, but I always find something I like, and more importantly, presents I know would be very much appreciated. And all at very affordable prices. Love it!
