This week 21-27th May its Dementia Action Week, a time for us all to not just raise awareness but to act on making changes. In the UK, one person is diagnosed with dementia every three minutes, of which many feel helpless and excluded. We will be showing people affected by dementia that they are not alone by taking action during this year’s Dementia Action Week talking to them and their loved ones in the community.
