Greenbank Music Village

Doog builds fairytale bridge! yup I found a practical use for some of the surplus bricks left over from the demolition of Greenbank Hall. I think a fitting reminder of the old building. After making a former out of timber and placing on wooden wedges (wedges so as they can be pulled to facilitate the removal of the former), Then I constructed the arch followed by the sides, all using Luton greys capped with red bricks from the window lintels of the hall. Then attached gargoyles’ I had lying around.

Great wedding with 'Royce' don't she scrub up well (and the car came out good to!), great day really enjoyed myself and got fed excellent tucker.

Howdee!! since Greenbank Music Village moved from its Cobden street site to Greenbank House Richmond Hill in April this year, Doog has been developing the old site. The remains of the demolished old buildings have stock pilled for a ceremonious burning! So It was farewell to Greenbank Hall last night! An emotional gathering as the last remnants of Greenbank Hall are burned to ash - the phoenix of Greenbank Music Village 4 and Greenbank Row rise to move into a new era. ..........we still do quite a lot!
