It’s such a lovely / relaxing place and the food is great and tasty , staff was so friendly from the minute I walked in to the building and looked after me till the minute I felt and made me feel so welcome :)

Being close to willen, I can safely say that I have enjoyed two meals with a week.

I can say with ease that I highly recommend the lakeside.

Well done guys keep it up.

Worst & biggest waste of space in MK service is a joke I’ve been here 2/3 paid for parking waiting so long to be seated & then when we go to order to be told they don’t have what we want the best thing you could do is sell up & give it to a better chain with better quality food !!!

Waited an hour for food to come out and when it did it wasn’t edible. The chips were like cardboard the chicken was paler than Casper and the rice was nothing like advertised. Asked to speak with the manager and she wouldn’t come over.

Today we waited for 50 mins for any food, the food that came was of v poor quality and my toddler has had an upset stomach non stop within half an hour of eating there... avoid!!!

Food actually was decent but service was shocking. Asked for Aperol Spritz as advertised on the menu, none of the bar staff had a clue how to make one. My other half tried to help teach them but they wouldn’t listen. Ended up with a tumbler of soda and prossecco with the faintest taste of Aperol. Took the drink back and asked for a pimms if they aren’t able to make an Aperol. The bar man handed me a small half tumbler size glass of pimms. Asked for a full sized glass same as I had paid for the Aperol. Eventually made it even if it didn’t have a single piece of fruit in it.

Meals took forever to arrive, starters took 25 mins to clear away and then a further 25 mins for mains to arrive.

Nice food but completely incompetent children running the place. �
