Went in feeling apprehensive but excited on the possibility of purchasing a road bike. I had nothing to fear, the service and information given to me was brilliant. I am now the proud owner of a road bike and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop to friends. Thank you for all your help.

Took my long neglected 10 year old Specialized Tarmac in for a Silver Service and it rides better than new. I took it out today for my first proper rise since and gear changes really sharp and everything so much more efficient. Best money I've spent on my bike.

The service at Griffs is head and shoulders above other cycle shops I've visited. They explained the road bikes to me in terms I understood so I could make an informed choice about what bike I wanted to buy. I am very pleased with my new bike!

Thanks again for bailing me out yesterday with my snapped spoke and sheered bolt through axel! Great service as always - thoroughly recommend this as the best Berkshire bike service centre

Normally feel like a fish out of water in bike shops but as a complete beginner I felt totally at ease. Had my bike fitted and has made a massive difference. Very very helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely be going back!

Totally transformed my bike and my comfort brilliant shop ride yesterday and no numb fingers or other bits made the whole ride more enjoyable.
